1. HRGA SITE OFFICER (SITE ADMINISTRATOR)
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
To coordinate all HR & GA activities at Site Project, including personnel, industrial relations, recruitment, training & development, social responsibility, and general affairs to support project Operations.
QUALIFICATION:
▪ Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology
▪ Maximum age : 40 years old
▪ Preferred minimum 3 years experiences in doing HRGA matters at the Mining Industry
▪ Experienced in implementing National Labor Regulations such as Peraturan Ketenagakerjaan, PPHI, Kepmen perubahan perundang-undangan
▪ Experienced in handling insurance matters such as Jamsostek
▪ Experienced in Payroll system and tax pph21
▪ Experienced in doing recruitment activities for driver/operator and mechanic heavy equipment and others non staff position
▪ Experienced in conducting Walk in Interview
▪ Experienced in Industrial Relations/Community Developments.
▪ Willingness to work in remote areas (at our sites in Kalimantan) with work roster schedule
2. SITE ACCOUNTING OFFICER
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage, check and report on all financial transactions that processed by Site Project, including recapitulation of RAB, invoicing, weekly petty cash, control and do payment process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00 (scale of 4).
▪ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, maximum 1 year experience in accounting field.
▪ Work R&R = 70 on site : 14 off (days)
▪ Will be hired for South Kalimantan, East Kalimantan & Central Kalimantan Area,
▪ Local graduates are preferable.
3. PROJECT COST CONTROL
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
To Assist, providing advice and initiatives to project manager to optimize cost, production target and project performance and also get involve on budgeting process, analysis of cost estimate and analysis of actual budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Bachelor degree/S1 in Accounting or Engineering (Mining/Mechanical).
▪ 2 years working as cost controller in mining related industry.
▪ Has high exposure in mining business processes which includes recognizing & analyzing the cost drivers.
▪ Advance in MIcrosoft Excel.
▪ Good analytical thinking & interpersonal skills.
▪ Good in English writting and speaking (presentation).
▪ Willingness to be placed at projects. With 8 Weeks : 2 Weeks R&R Roster.
4. DRILL & BLAST ENGINEER
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
Ensuring the implementation of blasting from planning, excecution and evaluation to support production targets with regards to safety procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering with 2 years experience as Drill & Blast Engineer or Diploma Mining Engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience as Drill & Blast Engineer at Mining Contractors Company
▪ Maximum age 40 Years
▪ Computer literate with good in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Minescape, Shot Plus
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Have a blast course certification grade 2 and Competency of Explosion Class 2.
▪ Have a Blasting Permit (KIM)
5. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST
(ASSIGNMENT : HEAD OFFICE)
JOB PURPOSE:
Handle procurement to support all site project & departement
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma.
▪ Required skill(s): negotiating, communication skill, Interpersonal Relation.
▪ At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
▪ Applicants must be willing to work in South Jakarta.
▪ Preferably Staff specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent in Mining or Heavy Equipment Industry.
▪ Able to work with Microsoft Dynamic AX, ERP System
6. LEGAL SUPERVISOR
(ASSIGNMENT : HEAD OFFICE)
JOB PURPOSE
Administer and manage entire company legal document,
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of Law with program study Business Law.
▪ Fluent in English (verbal & writing) is a must.
▪ At least 6 year(s) of working experience as a Legal in mining industries or has experience as a Legal in Advocate Office.
▪ Has understanding of regulations of mining in Indonesia.
▪ Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
▪ Willing to be placed at Head Office (Jakarta)
7. MECHANIC TRAINER
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
Plan, develop, implement and evaluation Technician / Mechanic ompetency based on Employee EDP in order to meet competency standard.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Minimum Diploma with 3 years experience as MechanicTrainer or high school with 3 years experience as a mechanic trainer at mining contractor.
▪ Understand concept of adult learning.
▪ Good knowledge of business processes in Plant Department of mining contractor.
▪ Excellent knowledge of mechanical competency in mining contractor.
▪ Computer literate with good (Microsoft office).
▪ Excellent leadership and communication skill..
8. MAINTENANCE PLANNER Jr
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
Plan & Implement maintenance management system with AMT System to support operational in heavy equipment maintenance & repair.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
▪ At least 5 year(s) of working experience as a maintenance planner.
▪ Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Heavy Equipment Maintenance and repair.
▪ Good knowledge on maintenance planning and costing
▪ Good knowledge on heavy equipment major component and it’s cost
▪ Good understanding of Maintenance schedule & Unschedule
▪ Willing to be placed at our Site Project : East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, Banyuwangi, and South Sumatera.
▪ 2 Full-Time positions available.
9. HSE OFFICER
(ASSIGNMENT : SITE BASED)
JOB PURPOSE:
Monitoring K3LH System to make sure that mining operational in line with Health, Safety, & Environment standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
▪ At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Safety in mining industry are preferable for this position
▪ Have a good knowledge of OHSAS 18001: 2007, SMK3L, ISO 14001 and other K3 Regulations
▪ Able to conduct in Class Training
▪ Good communication skill
▪ Willing to be placed at our Site Project : East Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, Banyuwangi, and South Sumatera.
10. RECRUITMENT OFFICER
(ASSIGNMENT : HEAD OFFICE)
JOB PURPOSE:
Execute recruitment & selection process to find best employee that meet requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Candidate must possess at least a Magister Degree / Post Graduate Degree Psychologist.
▪ At least 2 year(s) of working experience in mining industry is preferable for this position.
▪ Excellent interpersonal & communication skill
▪ Familiar with assessment tools and able to make psychological report.
▪ Able to conduct Interview based on BEI and Competency Based Interview.
