• Ensure effective communication is maintained between the maintenance management team and production management team to optimize maintenance activates and plant availability. Maintain effective communications with all Key Stakeholders, including E&I, Processing, Mining, PTAR support departments and contractors regarding planned and unplanned maintenance activities.

• Assist is the recruitment of mechanical employees to ensure optimal levels of manning and skills coverage required to achieve the Maintenance Department’s objectives and service provision levels.

This position will be based at Martabe Site and reports directly to the Superintendent Exploration.

This position will be responsible for leadership and management to ensure that the Company’s exploration programs are developed and implemented with a high level of quality technical input.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Minimum Bachelor of Science in Geology or Geological Engineering; a Master Degree is preferred. 

2. Demonstrate the ability to complete large and technically complex projects. 

3. 8-12 years of practical green and/or brown field exploration or resources development experience. 

4. Able to work with one or more GIS and geology software such as MapInfo, IOGas, Leapfrog and Micromine. 

5. Good understanding of QA/QC is required to ensure quality data is collected. 

6. Quality technical report writing and presentation skills. 

7. Experience in planning and implementation of exploration programs in remote areas is essential.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to : 

• Managing exploration programs and related personnel. 

• Overseeing drilling programs, geophysical and geodetic surveys. 

• Interpreting data for target generation include ASD scanning/3D modelling.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
