We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
APPLICATION DEVELOPER
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)
Responsible for designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications and components; supports and/or installs software applications and components; works from written specifications and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; ensure compliance with corporate architecture rules and maintains documentation of process flow.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, or Engineering, or Management Information System or Computer Science.
• Min. 3 years experiences in .NET development using C#. Experience in building SharePoint and Mobile based applications is a plus and working with source control systems.
• Proficiency in SQL development mainly on Microsoft SQL database platform.
• Exposure to web development using AJAX, MVC, JQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Fully understand of software development cycle and have relevant experiences in requirements’ gathering process, system design, software development, system setup, system implementation and system support.
• Must be a dynamic and self-starting individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team with minimal guidance and direction.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users at all levels of an organization.
• Good communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (verbal and written).
• Willing to travel to other work location or project sites (when required).
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications.
• Working with an agile team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Analyzing and resolving technical and application problems.
• Adhering to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and on-budget.
• Working with teammates in the migration of older applications (asp) to current Microsoft technologies.
• Peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Assisting in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements, development of user stories, and estimates.
• Assist Business Analyst in gathering business requirements, analyzing data/work flows and processes, and helping with the design and testing of new and modified operating methods and systems.
• Liaise with ICT Indika Energy Group to select relevant and required Application Development, or other ICT plans, needs and developments.
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
