PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPCI oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.
We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:
OFFSHORE DIVISION
1. HR Manager
Minimum Requirement:
▪ Indonesian citizen, Min. Master Degree in HRM / CPHR certified
▪ Have min. 15 year experience in HR, including at least 5 year as HR Manager in EPC/I Oil and Gas company
▪ Must have good understanding in HR and Indonesian labor law
▪ Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
▪ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
▪ Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
2. Project Manager [Talent Pool]
Minimum Requirement:
▪ Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering
▪ Have min 15 year experience in Offshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; including 2 year experience working as project manager in the last 7 years
▪ Strong background experience in Subsea/Pipeline/Umbilical Offshore Projects
▪ Preferably holding a Project Management Professional Certification
▪ Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
▪ Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
▪ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
▪ Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
3. Proposal Engineer
Minimum Requirement:
▪ Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Civil/Naval Engineering
▪ Have min 2 year experience in same position, preferable experienced with Offshore project
▪ Comprehend with Technical Drawing, Codes and Specifications of Offshore Transportation and Installation
▪ Familiar with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
▪ Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
▪ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
▪ Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
4. Project Secretary [Talent Pool]
Minimum Requirement:
▪ Indonesian citizen, Min. Bachelor Degree in relevant major
▪ Have min 2 year experience in same position, preferable experienced with Oil and Gas / offshore EPCI company
▪ Has a good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill
▪ Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
▪ Able to work with a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
