Coal Mining Contractors; 4 positions

Our client, one of Indonesia’s Largest Coal Mining Contractors, is urgently seeking the following positions:

1. FOREMAN DISPATCH TECHNICIAN ( HARDWARE )

A. Responsibility

Role key : 

- Provide reliability of hardware system with good installation & lead time maintenance

- Hardware performance above 92% (Zero tolerance running without dispatch)

Role scope : 

1. To lead the proper fleet management system hardware installation on heavy vehicle

2. To lead day to day hardware maintenance include regular audit

3. To observe and finding a good method, tools or improvement to increase the installation quality

4. To analyse and troubleshoot the failure / error in FMS hardware system

5. To provide good hardware inventory ( FMS on board & consumable part ) 

6. To provide SOP, INK, Standard of Fleet management Hardware installation and maintenance

7. To provide technical guidance and keep the fulfilment of dispatch technician competencies

8. To provide inventory and maintenance report regularly

B. General Competencies

1. Minimum SMA/SMU/SMK

2. Fluent in Microsoft Office Application

3. Fluent in electrical lo voltage or radio system

4. Fluent in Windows and Open Source Application

5. FMS certified

6. Fluent in SQL & Web base program

C. Specific Competencies

1. Experience in Fleet Management system especially Intellimine, Jigsaw or Minestar (minimum 2 years)

2.FOREMAN DISPATCH TECHNICIAN (COMMUNICATION)

A. Responsibility

Role key : 

- Provide reliability of communication system with good installation & lead time maintenance

- Communication performance above 95% ( Zero tolerance running without dispatch )

Role scope : 

1. To lead the FMS communication hardware installation

2. To lead day to day communication maintenance include regular audit

3. To observe and finding a good method, tools or improvement to increase the communication quality

4. To analyse and troubleshoot the failure / error in FMS communication system

5. To provide good hardware inventory ( wireless on board & consumable part ) 

6. To provide SOP, INK, Standard of Fleet management communication installation and maintenance

7. To provide technical guidance and keep the fulfilment of dispatch technician competencies

8. To provide inventory and maintenance report regularly

9. To help Dispatch engineer maintaining the FMS application

10. To collaborate with IT engineer providing a good communication & application environment

B. General Competencies

1. Minimum SMA/SMU/SMK

2. Fluent in Microsoft Office Application

3. Fluent in Windows and Open Source Application

4. Network certified

5. Fluent in SQL & Web base program

C. Specific Competencies

1. Experience in Network / wireless system especially for industrial & mining ( minimum 2 years )

3. INTERNAL AUDITOR

Usia: Minimal 25 tahun, maksimal 30 tahun

Pendidikan formal minimum: S1 semua jurusan (diutamakan pada bidang Akuntasi, Manajemen, Teknik Industri dan Teknologi Pertambangan)

Kursus/pelatihan/pendidikan khusus minimum: 

▪ Pengetahuan mengenai COSO, Risk Management dan Good Corporate Governance. (preferable) 

▪ Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai tentang Risk Based Audit

Pengalaman kerja minimum: Pengalaman kerja 1 (satu) tahun yang memadai dalam bidang yang sama (preferable dalam industry yang sama)

4. ANALYST HR DEVELOPMENT

- Male or Female, max. 35 years old.

- Bachelor degree in Technic Industry/Psychology/Management. 

- Min 2 years experience of Recruitment, Delivery Training, Design Modul and TNA. 

- Location based in Kalimantan.
