Position 1 – Country Communications Manager - ID58389510

Job Description: 
- Ensure a coherent internal and external communications strategy in line with ABB’s Next Level strategy and ABB’s brand positioning, within an approved budget. 
- Lead a team of corporate and business communicators to ensure that all communications is on brand and on message, as well as impactful.
- To represent communications on the country management team, working with senior business leaders on communications plans to support their business ambitions, building awareness, preference and sales.
- Develop a media and maintain presence for ABB Indonesia, establishing a thought leader position around important growth themes for power and automation in Indonesia. 
- Support and enhance the consistent implementation of the corporate brand across all touchpoints in close collaboration with the businesses and aligned with global brand management.
- Together with country management and the broader regional crisis team, maintain a heat map of issues, ensuring accurate knowledge of potential issues and crisis.
- Play an active role in the communications team in SE Asia, sharing and applying best practices and contributing to the development of corporate communications in the region.

Requirement:

o Communication professional with a degree in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations or post graduate in a related field.
o 7-10 years’ experience in an integrated communications environment.
o 4-5 years experience in team management.
o Strong communication skills (verbal + written), team leader and team player.
o Affinity to high tech, ability to act efficiently within complex, global environment and region.
o Global experience will be an added advantage.
o English and Bahasa Indonesian are a must, any other language an asset.
o Ability to champion communications to non-communications to gain support for broader communications approach.
o Strategic thinker, with ability to also execute at operational levels.
o Working efficiently within a complex, global environment, internationally oriented.
o Action and results oriented, self-driven.


Position 2 – Project Financial Analyst - ID58887310

Job Description: 
We are now seeking a Project Financial Analyst in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in the Power Grids Division who will be responsible for the collection process of the ongoing projects. You will interact with project managers, customers and corporate finance function at ABB Indonesia.

Reporting to the Business Controller, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Support monthly SAP closing process and ensure all bookings are aligned and recorded correctly.
• Ensure allocation of general cost and common function cost is in line with agreed rules.
• Coordinate with Shared Accounting Service Center for month end closing and Treasury for banking and Hedge daily operation and reporting.
• Prepare OCF estimate and assist to consolidate estimate, forecast and budget.
• Support internal and external audit and SOX process. 
• Prepare the list of all open BG’s and LC’s (customer & vendor) and circulate the same on monthly basis.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance with 5 years of experience in Accounting and Reporting. The role will ideally suit someone with good knowledge in SAP and MS Office skills.

Position 3 – HV / GIS Supervisor - ID58769501

Job Description: 
Joining our team in Jakarta as a High Voltage / GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) Supervisor and reporting to Product Group Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Determine product and system compliance by executing test strategies and leading client testing activities.
• Assist in creating proposals for engineering Projects / Programs.
• Ensure work plans and cost estimates for work area is delivered on time.
• Monitor risk management strategies and reports early any Contract / Quality / Program / Cost issues to management.
• Lead all testing activities for Projects / Programs
• Perform standard process and maintain these to ensure for the purpose of evolving products and techniques.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role you should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in Field Service / Service Engineer. You will ideally have knowledge on installation and troubleshooting on HV Switchgear apparatus, GIS and MV Switchgear. The role will ideally suit someone with good communication skills and who is competent in using MS Office.

Position 4 – Sales Manager - ID59393073

Job Description: 
We are now seeking a Sales Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in Process Automation, who would promote ABB’s products in the Measurement and Analytics Business Unit. Our key customer benefits include execution of sales strategy, profitability and volume target achievement of products, systems and services.

Reporting to Business Unit Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Identify potential customers and sales possibilities by maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Initiate and facilitate cross-selling teams on a business segment.
• Update the market information, assess the business potential and analyse the competitors.
• Maintain the customer database, facilitate negotiation with customer and ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure sales proposals are submitted, followed up and customer payments are received in accordance with the terms of the contract.
• Track and monitor quotations and participate in risk review process.
• Organize and coordinate post-sales marketing activities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering with 8 - 10 years of experience in sales function. The role will ideally suit someone with good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills.

Position 5 – Sales Specialist (Building Key Accounts) -ID59183758

Job Description: 
Joining our team in Jakarta, Indonesia and reporting to Local Business unit Manager, you would be responsible for increasing sales volume, market share and profitability by focusing on ABB’s sales philosophy of technical competency, customer relationships, and value proposition.

Your key areas of responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
• Identify, network and establish new business opportunities based on ABB’s product, system, and service portfolio.
• Negotiate with customers to meet the margins, prepare quotations, sales proposals and ensure agreements are signed
• Evaluate the risk factors to maintain proper quotient between price and quality.
• Maintain accurate customer database and gain customer satisfaction by addressing the customer complaints regularly.
• Develop good understanding with the suppliers to have their commitment to us.
• Conduct and organize after sales support to customers.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering with a minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Sales or Business Development. The role will ideally suit someone with good communication, presentation and inter-personal skills, along with exposure in MS Office.

Position 6 – Sales Specialist - ID59183861

Position 8 – Civil Engineer - ID59569184

Job Description: 
Joining our team in Jakarta as a Civil Engineer and reporting to Product Group Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
• Transform designs into detailed engineering documentation.
• Create engineering drawings and plans as required by Manufacturing / Fabrication / Construction units through the application of standard processes and codes of practice.
• Contribute to design reviews by presenting the design to responsible engineer for approval. 
• Ensure work plans and cost estimates for work area is delivered on time.
• Monitor risk management strategies and reports early any Contract / Quality / Program / Cost issues to management.
• Perform standard process for 2D drafting and 3D modeling software packages.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role you should possess a degree in Civil Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in Substation project. You will ideally have knowledge on construction design such as foundation, steel structure and you should be able to work on SAP2000 software. The role will ideally suit someone with good negotiation / communication skills.

Position 9 – Sales Support - ID59515289

Job Description: 
Working as a Sales Support in Jakarta, Indonesia location you will support the sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determine costs, prepare final documentation and serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area.

Reporting to the Market Manager, your key areas of responsibility will be:
• Support the local sales customers to determine cost effective solutions.
• Provide technical support, product presentations and negotiations during technical meeting.
• Prepare commercials offers based on customer specification, local business unit indications and sales organization directives.
• Define cost for the proposed solution and communicate to sales organization.
• Provide information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participate in the risk review assessment.
• Analyze customer needs and competitors through market information.
• Perform lost proposal analysis, identify potential cause and recommend future actions to obtain better results in future.

Requirement:
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience. The role will ideally suit someone who understands integration of the whole computer system such as installation of PC desktop, network, server, Internet connection, security systems and software applications.
