General Accounting Superintendent (HO)

Requirement :
Working Experience : 
- At least 5 years supervisory level in mid - size or large mining / forestry / production corporation

Skills : 
- Advance accounting and Familiar with financial statement
- Basic English Proficiency
- Computer in particular ERP and Ms Office literated

Education : 
- Mininum bachelor degree of accounting

Other Qualification : 
- Gold Mining experiences will be value added
- Excellent inter personal and self control skills
- Ready and able to work under pressure

Detailed Job Responsibilties : 
- Ensure accuracy, timeless , and completeness of all general accounting reporting included tax reporting. 
- Pro Active support interms of compliance by identifiying any foreseeable risks on the current business transaction. 
- Ensure all business documentation are kept and stored in the logical (systematic and structured) 
- Provide cost of good computation
- Provide the financial reporting
- Analisys of financial report

HR IS Sr Staff (HO)

Working Experience : Min 3 Years in Area of Mining Indusries

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Determine the number of employees and type of skills required to meet the organisation’s objectives; 
• Analyse the requirements of jobs and develop job descriptions and duty statements; 
• Develop profiles of the skills required; 
• Advertise vacancies and assess/interview applicants; 
• Maintain personal records of all employees; 
• Having knowledge for Handle training and develoment; 
• Maintain records for wages, superannuation, leave, training etc; 
• Provide advice to management on HR; 
• Assist in organisational changes in culture; and
• Admin HR Information System 
• Update data (change Personal data of employee) 
• Admin for Employment Letter (SK) – approval and distribution. 
• Filing data Personal File Employee
• Maintain Calculation of Overtime
• Recruitments (Research) 
• Maintain Leave
• Maintain Payment Business Trip expense, Entertainment, Personal Claim, etc. 
• Verification Payment Process to Third Party 
• Verification Payment Medical Claim
• Processing Payroll
• Improvement system Logbook and Catalog with Ms. Access
• Support to HR Manager 
• Maintain database employee

Senior Mine Planner (HO)

Requirement :
Working Experience : 
- Over 7 (seven) years in mine planning

Skills : 
- Mine planning software expert
- Mining project feasibility analysis

Education : 
- Mining Engineer or Geologist experiencing in mine planning

Other Qualification : 
- Certified competent person is plus

Detailed Job Responsibilities : 
1. Provide mid to long term mine plan for all coal cluster consession
2. Provide life of mine plan for coal cluster consessionv3. Coordinate with site mine planners to synchronize short to long term mine plan
4. Generate mine feasibility report and analysis
5. Collaborating across department to incorporate feasibility analysis

Procurement Engineer (Buyer) - (HO)

Requirement : 
Working Experience : 5 experience in EPC Companies , preferred in mining contrctors
Skills : Computer literacy, familiar with ERP, Active English , Keen Communicator , Strong Leadership
Education : Minimum S 1, Preferred mechanical / Civil Engineering Back Ground
Other Qualification : Familiar with tender process & good knowledge of FIDIC contract standards.

Detailed Job Responsibilities : 
- Execute tender process and prepare tehnical and commercial evaluation of any projects for BOD Decision. 
- Capex purchase.v- Purchase for strategic commodities : Fuel, Reagents, Grinding Ball, Drilling Spares & Consumables. 
- Others assignment.

Logistic Supervisor – (HO)

Working Experience : 5 experience in Logistic
Skills : Experience of shipment management for fluid, chemical, Dangerous Goods, Project Cargo, Experience of Importation & Custom Clearance and familiar with ERP system. 
Education : Minimum S 1, of any diciplines
Other Qualification : Strong leadership, keen communicator, proactive , computer literacy

Detailed Job Responsibilities : 
- Coordinating with users , site warehouse, buyers vendor and forwarders for goods delivery schedules and shipment plan. 
- Manage contracted forwarders and ensure the shipments are in efficient manner in term of cost, on time and safely. 
- Manage materials in transit of remote receiving and dispatching and monitor in – bound / ex bound shipment process. 
- Follow up non conformance report of delivery issues (delay, substandard, defect, missing, incomplete). 
- Expediting Process for PR and PO outstanding. 
- Do GR in – transit and follow up GR for materials received on site.
