1. STAFF INTERNAL AUDIT

Job Description

Make Implementation Plan and carry out internal audits Company In accordance Principles. The internal audit refers to the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations ON (COSO) Framework hearts ensure the realization of the Company’s operations Effective and efficient process based on the Company’s policies and ketentutan Applicable.

Qualification : 

▪ Level of education S1 Accounting 

▪ Understand Mining Process 

▪ Having certificate QIA, CIA 

▪ Have at least 5 years in the same field 

▪ Placement in Jakarta

2. LEARNING & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

(Code : LPDS)

Job Description

Analyzing worker competency gaps through TNA, designing compliance programs or competency level of staff workers throughout the project and all the positions in the Head Office and Balikpapan office to conform the requirements of competence to support the availability of the company’s internal human resources according to the needs of companies and the work plan section.

▪ Kualifikasi: 

▪ Level of education S1 Psychology/Management/Industry 

▪ Understand Mining Process 

▪ Understand about flow training 

▪ Understand about HSE Procedurs 

▪ Have at least 3 years in the same field 

▪ Ability to work with deadline 

▪ Visionary and have good communication

3. HEAD OF GA SECTION

(Code : HOGA)

Job Description

Plan, implement, facilitate, monitor, analyze and evaluate all the activities at the General Affairs and make reconciliation and monthly reports on the activities related to the work of General Affairs with the aim to provide convenience, neatness, cleanliness, safety, comfort and satisfaction of workers in Head Office, to support the smooth operations of the company in the directives of superiors, policy, budget restrictions and procedures and HSE standards applicable

▪ Level of education all major bachelor degree 

▪ Understand Mining Process 

▪ Have at least 5 years in the same field 

▪ Ability to work with deadine
