SUPERINTENDENT MARINE
Responsibilities:
• Prepare future production in all fields by designing processes and standard operating procedures related to marine operations.
• Support the development of the fields from a marine perspective.
• In line with company and regulatory requirements, to ensure alignment between field development and production processes.
• Optimize the efficiency of marine operations during production (start-up).
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Naval Engineering or graduated from Marine Academy with degree MPB / ANT II.
• 6 – 8 years working with Tandem Tanker configuration in Oil and Gas industry, with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mooring Master in foreign going tanker.
• Possess valid pilot certificate (for mooring master).
• Knowledge and Skill in Mooring Master, STCW’95 (Standard of Training, Certification and Watch keeping) and Tanker Safety.

Responsibilities:
• To implement procedures and guidelines with regard to production and maintenance activities in Project Field Well Head Platform.
• To ensure all activities in The Well Head Platform are executed effectively and production and safety targets are met.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Geologist, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Physics Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years experience in production or maintenance function in Oil & Gas Industry with gradually increasing responsibilities in managing functions.
• Having offshore experience in Oil & Gas Industry is preferable.

• Bachelor degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, Physical and Metallurgy Engineering.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and organizing shorebase /supply base activities & resources for supporting material flow & storage and personnel movement.
• Ensure Shorebase Management System Manual well-implemented.
• Maintain well-communication and well-coordination with stakeholder for alignment.
• Maintain KPI Shorebase.
• Proceed, monitor and control warehousing, materials processing, operations and port activities.
• Monitor and control work rotation, task assignment and performance appropriately.
• Maintain HSE standard & regulation implementation.
• Collect Data and processing for continuous improvement.
• Support boat movement.
• Prepare for periodic report.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economic, Management or other related education background.
• Having minimum 10 years experiences in Oil & Gas Industry with minimum 5 years in supervisory level of Warehouse Management, Shorebase Management or equivalent in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Knowledge about Logistics services required by the Oil & Gas company.
• Understanding Oil & Gas Offshore Operation & Materials.
• Understanding PTK 007 Book No. 3, certified in PTK 007 is an advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Handling procurement and bidding activities at Surabaya office.
• Assist tender committee on tender process of procurement goods and services.
• Conduct vendor qualification evaluation, bid opening, prebid meeting and bid evaluation.
• Prepare correspondences and any related documents during tender process in accordance with PTK 007.
• Monitor the tender process to meet schedule and comply with the prevailing regulation and company policy.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or other related education background.
• Having minimum 3 years of experience in procurement area in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Certified PTK 007 is preferable.

ACCOUNTANT PAYABLE
Responsibilities:
• Receive, verify, and validate invoice and tax invoice from vendors and its supporting documents in accordance with company regulation and government regulation.
• Prepare invoice approval document base on Limit of Authorization, and Monitor the process.
• Process invoice: Ensure the invoice is properly approved, Records the transaction, and calculate the withholding tax of vendor’s invoice in accordance with Indonesia Tax Regulation.
• Assist User and/or SCM Department related to Invoice and Tax Matter.
• Process Payment if the invoice is properly approved and authorized.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting.

• Prepare Revenue Reporting for Shareholders and Government.
• Prepare Budget and Forecast for Shareholders and Government.
Requirements:
