1. Mechanical Supervisor (Location: Gresik, Jawa Timur)
General Responsibilities:
- To coordinate among the client, consultants, contractors and Wärtsilä site team with respect to all related mechanical, EG-set and auxiliary installations in connection with electrical and civil works and implement such procedures.
- To highlight the economical constructing and cost saving working procedures.
- To create and maintain good human relations at site.
- To carry out periodical inventory of material for mechanical installations and inspect these for proper storing.
- To communicate with Project Engineer (PE, Mech.) on technical matters and send Technical Feed Back Reports to the home office according to company practice. To report to the Section Manager/ Site Manager.
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering, Mechatronic Engineering)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
2. Electrical Supervisor (Location: Gresik, Jawa Timur)
General Responsibilities:
- To coordinate among the client, consultants, contractors and Wärtsilä site team with respect to all related electrical works in connection with civil and mechanical works and implement such procedures.
- To highlight the economical constructing and cost saving working procedures. Make sure that safety at electrical works is followed.
- To plan and organize safe inspections and test procedures, instruct and advise the subcontractor to use accepted test and inspection methods and proper test equipment.
- To ensure that all inspections and test results will be recorded and documented according to Wärtsilä practice and that responsible person of the client will sign these documents.
- To make and complete the electrical as-built drawings.
- To make sure that electrical items in the punch list are minimized.
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree (Electrical Engineering / Mechatronic Engineering)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
3. HSE Engineer (Location: Gresik, Jawa Timur)
General Responsibilities:
- To assist the client/subcontractor(s) in organising of safety, environmental protection, and occupational health issues at site and to determine and act according to any Wärtsilä, client, and/or local regulations.
- To prepare site safety, environmental, and occupational health plans according to the local regulations and Wärtsilä directives and to introduce the plans to all parties at site.
- To maintain contacts with the local safety, environmental and health authorities and act as liaison with these authorities.
- To coordinate safety, environmental and occupational health meetings and reporting procedures as agreed with the client and/or the subcontractors.
- To highlight the environmental protection, make sure that oil, paints and chemicals and, etc. are properly stored, transported and handled to avoid any spillage or danger to personnel and property.
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering (or other engineering disciplines)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
4. Civil Engineer (Location: Gresik, Jawa Timur)
General Responsibilities:
- To supervise and provide technical expertise regarding Wärtsilä power plant specific design so that the works are performed according to Wärtsilä guidelines, product specific requirements and ensuring compliance with the prudent industrial practices.
- Ensure that the quality of the construction works and best practices are taken into account considering also environmental, quality and safety aspects of Wärtsilä products.
- To coordinate and to communicate with all stakeholders the compliance of civil works in connection with mechanical and electrical works
- To follow-up the time schedule ensuring that the works are executed according to the project time schedule
- To observe and advise the civil subcontractor to follow health, safety and environment instructions and highlight safe working methods using safe equipment
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree (Civil Engineering)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries

5. Project Planner (Location: Gresik, Jawa Timur)
General Responsibilities:
- Planning, leading, organizing and controlling all activities of Maintenance & Logistics Department. Responsible for the formulation and proper control of Maintenance & Logistics operating budget
- Ensure that the performance targets of the plant are reached according to the contract in own responsibility area
- Ensure competent resources and competence development of the maintenance resource and/or assigned team
- Ensure that the condition of the plant and equipment are according to applicable guidelines & policies and take corrective actions when needed
- Ensure that the works is executed at the plant according to Wartsila Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures as well as the assigned maintenance plan
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree Maintenance Management Mechanical Engineering, Marine engineering (or similar)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent Project Management Skill
- Good planning skill and strong follow-up
6. Warehouse Supervisor (Location: Jakarta, DKI)
General Responsibilities:
- On time delivery, right quantity, quality in all delivery
- Proper goods handling & recording
- Handle goods incoming, placing, and outgoing
- Record & report incoming & outgoing goods
- Receive incoming goods; check for damage and for discrepancies between goods,
- purchase orders and invoices
- Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
- Pick and deliver goods according to relevant logistics process
- Pack, label and dispatch outgoing goods with relevant documents
- Maintain logistics data to relevant systems to maintain up-to-date stock and inventory records
- Operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery according to process / EHS instructions and licenses (when required)
- Keep the store or warehouse area in clean-cut condition according to guidelines to ensure work safety and ergonomics (5S)
Position Requirements:
- D3 or S1 Degree Logistic or Supply Chain Management or Technical
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experiences working with the same position in the similar industries
- Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in logistic or Warehouse management in an industrial warehouse & transportation environment.
- Experience in processes within a Warehousing or logistic or Supply Chain environment.
- Familiar with international export & customs requirements and Safeguarding quality methods.
- Experience with maritime and energy production environment is a plus.
- Experience in sourcing of wooden crates, box and pallets supplier (international standard)
SHIFT SUPERVISOR (CM-SSV)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Supervise all operational activities in the power plant to ensure safe, reliable & efficient operations
▪ Coordinate all maintenance activities with the Maintenance Dept.
▪ Directly supervise Shift Operators
▪ Check & monitor all operating parameters
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
▪ Min. 3 years’ experience in handling power generation engine : Diesel/Gas/Dual Fuel engine
▪ Strong technical knowledge, good leadership / supervisory, a team player with excellent interpersonal skill, good analytical skill, excellent reporting skill

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR-MECHANICAL (CM-MSV)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Over-seeing all the activities of Mechanical aspects on Maintenance department
▪ Planning, organizing and monitoring mechanical maintenance activities and engine repair
▪ Preparing mechanical maintenance record and report
▪ Involving in plant’ improvement program
▪ Close coordination with other team in the Maintenance Department and Operation Department
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Marine Engineering
▪ Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
▪ Strong knowledge in the diesel engine, generators and other related faculties and measurement of mechanical equipment
▪ Excellent in mechanical troubleshooting of diesel engine and related facilities

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (CM-ME)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
▪ Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of engine and auxiliaries
▪ Implementation and supervision of major & minor maintenance overhauls of engine and related auxiliaries
REQUIREMENTS

PLC/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (CM-PLC)
RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and repair of PLC/instrument devices of engine and its auxiliaries
▪ Implementation and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min. Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC Engineering
▪ Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field
▪ Strong knowledge in the electrical (LV and MV) component, PLC engine control system, measurement of electrical equipment and electrical technical drawing
▪ Good automation troubleshooting

LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (CM-LOGS)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Proper procurement, maintenance, control and documentation of spare part, lube oil, chemical and consumable
▪ Controlling inventory level of its spare part/lube oil/ chemical and consumable and monitoring in/out goods from and to warehouse
▪ Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department
▪ Ensuring all goods are stored in the designated area and its prevented from quality deterioration
▪ Conduct quarterly inventory audit of goods
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical Engineering
▪ Min. 3 years’ experience in the same field

TOOL KEEPER OFFICER/LOGISTICS/WAREHOUSEMAN (CM–TLW)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Ensures that proper level of stocks are maintained for spare parts tools and other materials.
▪ Control incoming and outgoing tools/measurements and consumable materials
▪ Receives the purchase materials and informs the end user and inform the user requestor to check for technical aspects. Conduct a thorough inspection of the delivered items to determine their condition at the time of the receipt.
▪ Proper storage, & maintenance of all goods inside the warehouse
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min Diploma (D3) in Engineering
▪ Min. 3 years experience in the same field
▪ Know how in diesel engine, tool keeping and inventory management
▪ Having knowledge of consumable for power generating engine

ADMIN / HR OFFICER (CM-ADM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Performs and participates in assigned activities in support of departmental objectives
▪ Typically acting as HR assistant, HR administrator or HR generalist in defined functional area(s) in assisting and supporting roles, typically with local scope
▪ Assists senior HR professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities covering single or multiple HR activities.
▪ Operates in one or more HR process areas and performs many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min Diploma (D3) in HR or others social background

PLANT OPERATOR (CM-POP)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Operate and maintain the plant during the shift according to company policies, procedures and operation profile/plan
▪ Maintain all operation records (including logs, check lists And running records) according to guidelines
▪ Utilise all the tools, equipments and accessories in such a manner that the operating life is maximized
▪ Watch over of all alarms / parameters of engines and auxiliaries, monitor and analyse the trend data related to the equipments at all time and perform proper follow up.
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min. Diploma (D3) and or Bachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Mechanical Engineering
▪ Having min. 3 years experience in the same position
▪ Familiar with Power Generation Engine
▪ Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
OPERATOR (CHEMIST) (CM-CHEM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Conducts sampling, laboratory tests and chemical analysis on fuel, lube oil and water.
▪ Monitors and evaluates laboratory test analysis results and recommends corrective or preventive actions to meet standard oil and water quality. Coordinates with the Shift Supervisor for the implementation of actions needed
▪ Prepares laboratory test analysis reports
▪ Monitors chemical inventory and consumption
▪ Assist the Environmental Officer in all activities related to environmental compliance
REQUIREMENTS
▪ Min. Diploma (D3) majoring in Chemical Engineering
▪ Min. 2 years’ experience in Power Plant Operations as Chemist or Laboratory Analyst
▪ Good knowledge/skills in Evaluation and interpretation of laboratory test results for oil and water.
▪ Good written and communication skills in English, a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
QHSE OFFICER (CM-QHSE)
RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ In operation perform basic quality analyses and inspections, like safe operation of the engines, safe maintenance
▪ Ensure that all regulations for quality, health, safety and environment are followed accordingly Such as reports of analyzes / report any oil spill/report gas leakage/ report of accident
▪ Coordination in plant regarding QHSE issues
▪ Conduct fire drills and safety audits
REQUIREMENTS
