Position 1 - Territory SCM Manager - ID59460537

Job Description: 
Your key areas of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Lead SCM function to monitor the performance and achievements.
• Ensure that the Hub Managers receive sufficient market and demand inputs from the region.
• Understand the supply markets and demand patterns to maximize leverage on the supply chain.
• Define required resources of SCM across all functionalities including strategic, tactical, transactional, project SCM in terms of capacity and capability within the Business Unit.
• Implement SCM processes and best practices to coach and develop the SCM Managers.
• Manage and support Global Business Unit SCM in balancing the channel to market demand within the BU.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration with minimum 10 years of experience in project environment including Supply Chain function and Procurement. The role will ideally suit someone who has knowledge of processes in Industrial contracts and has good communication and negotiation skills.

Position 02 – LBU Manager - ID59155483

Job Description: 
• Strategy – implements the BU strategy in Indonesia and ensure business development, including profit and loss (P&L) with close monitoring of the financial performance. Provides input to Hub BU strategy. 
• Performance targets – ensures achievement of established targets and definition of improvement actions as needed. Delivers operational/project targets to ensure customer satisfaction and improve net promoter score (NPS).
• Marketing and Sales – lead all marketing and sales activities within the local unit.
• Market Opportunities – evaluates market opportunities and decided appropriate activities in line with the strategy.
• Growth – Ensures profitable business growth in the domestic market.
• SCM – executes the sourcing strategy in line with BU strategy and processes. Manages all local SCM requirements to meet targets.
• Quality and OPEX – executes BU operational excellence strategy and quality standards. Maintains compliance with quality standards and improving day to day operations. Drives productivity, delivery performance and cost optimization.
• Customer Relations – builds and maintains strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure improved customer satisfaction.
• Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) & Integrity – implements HSE and business compliance standards and regulations within the units. Ensures a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement process and integrity performance. Personally lives the ABB Values and Group Standards.
• People Leadership and Development – ensures (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates, enabling career growth in the organization.

Requirement: 
• University degree in engineering discipline, complemented by several years of experience in the process automation industry.
• At least 10 – 15 years relevance experience with experience in profit and loss responsibility.
• Credentials will include in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive environment as well as the customer base and specific client’s expectations.
• Proven track record in general and people management with cross-cultural awareness built on experience gained at an international level.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Position 03 – Sales Engineer - ID59584472

Job Description: 
We are now seeking a Sales Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in Power Grids Division who will be responsible for sales of products / systems within designated market in accordance with strategy.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationship to understand customer needs.
• Prepare sales plan using company tools, perform regular status review and propose recovery plan in case of potential order shortfalls.
• Ensure efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
• Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities.
• Prepare offers in coordination with bid and proposal department.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in Sales from similar industry. The role will ideally suit someone with good knowledge in Salesforce tool and MS Office skills. To be considered for this role you should possess good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Position 04 – Solutions Consultant - ID59679283

Job Description: 
We are now seeking a Solutions Consultant in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in Power Grids division who would be working closely with the sales representatives and Account Managers in articulating the business value and solution offerings of ABB to customers and prospects, to effectively support the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets, across APAC.

Reporting to Vice President – Solutions Consulting, APAC, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to: 
• Identify opportunities and assist the regional sales team with presales support.
• Develop sales strategies and implement them.
• Undertake workshops to uncover key business drivers and customer buying criteria.
• Assist in tender responses and coordinate with stakeholders to complete tenders and demonstrations.
• Provide solutions to users by utilizing the analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Capture current market trends and competitive needs and facilitate continuous improvement.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with overall 10 years of experience and minimum 3 years in a software presales role. The role will ideally suit someone with experience in Enterprise Asset Management and sales planning with good communication and inter-personal skills.

Position 05 – HR Business Partner - ID58803328

Job Description: 
As a HR Business Partner you will work in teams together with other motivated and experienced HR and business professionals. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.

Reporting to the Division Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Drive and implement HR programs and ensure employees awareness on such programs.
• Manage employee relations, apply HR policies, processes and procedures.
• Monitor manpower flow and ensure adequate number is available to support the business.
• Drive the recruitment process and work with managers to hire the right talent.
• Suggest the Country HR on salary, reward and benefits related to individual and divisions.
• Plan adequate trainings for employees.
• Understand employee aspirations and create programs to address it.
• Implement Talent Management programs.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resource. The role will ideally suit someone having experience in handling industrial relations along with knowledge in a broad spectrum of managerial functions, good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in leading teams and dealing with multi-cultural workforce is preferred.

Position 06 – Service Sales Specialist - ID59873719

Job Description: 
We are now seeking a Service Sales Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia location to join our team in the Power Grids Division who will be responsible to drive service sales process and secure profitable sales within the designated area.

Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Implement service sales strategy to prepare sales plan.
• Generate service sales and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information.
• Establish long term customer relationship by understanding their requirements and demonstrating in-depth technical service knowledge to promote Life Cycle Management (LCM). 
• Sell entire service product portfolio to expand ABB footprint in the designated area, monitor sales proposals, tenders and follows up proposal statistics. 
• Prepare ABB’s Service offerings based on customer needs in accordance with ABB offering and strategy.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience in Service Sales from similar industry. The role will ideally suit someone with good knowledge in Salesforce tool and MS Office skills. To be considered for this role you should possess good negotiation and communication skills.

Position 07 – Treasury Manager - ID60021066

Job Description: 
Reporting to Chief Financial Officer, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Harmonize country treasury function by on-going review of treasury activities and manage financial risks, forex transactions and hedging.
• Formulate risk management policy to protect adverse impact on the company’s results.
• Communicate and implement cost-effective methods.
• Assist in the formulation of financial strategies to represent the company in financial community.
• Carry out day to day cash management and banking operation.
• Coordinate with banks and group treasury on credit line management.
• Ensure business partners are provided the service levels, as agreed.
• Participate in special projects to support general accounting department.

Requirement: 
To be considered for this role, you should possess a Degree in Finance / Accounts with minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury function / Financial Institution. The role will ideally suit someone who has good knowledge in local GAAP, banking regulations and Forex deals. You should possess customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships with all stakeholders.

Position 08 – Product Marketing Specialist - ID58271638

Job Description: 
• Implements the local go-to market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
• Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
• Executes annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups. Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
• Coordinates market analysis with Sales/FES team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
• Oversees sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales/FES team(s).
• Drives sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Sales person. Facilitates know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.

Requirement: 
• Bachelor degree majoring in Electrical Engineering or Automation or Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Product Specialist or Product Application for Solution Products (building automation, livingspace, etc.) ;
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English;
• External focus / Customer orientation;
• Personal leadership skills: self-motivation, teamwork & networking, communication;
• Cross cultural understanding;
• Strong decision marking capabilities based on input from many stakeholders.

Position 09 – Sales Specialist - ID58804004

Job Description: 
• Contributes to the implementation of channel strategy, strategic sales and business development initiatives. Utilize local resources effectively to ensure market competitiveness in all service offerings;
• Ensures achievement of established targets, through oversight and definition of improvement actions as needed. Focuses on achievement of Orders (ABB and 3rd Party), Net Price Variance, Net Promoter Score (NPS);
• Monitors customer financial status and reports any changes regarding risk to relevant internal partner teams. Identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels;
• Ensures sales targets are achieved for EPES service. Promotes and facilitates cross BU and cross Division collaboration to increase market opportunities and sales volume. Promote actively to channel partners who have good working relationships in ABB install bases;
• Constantly evaluates and identifies opportunities at existing EPES installed based and potential new customers (replacement, retrofitting and conversion) and market in the specific channel;
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with all ABB MNS install base customers, maintains strong relationships with key decision makers, this including regular visit to ABB EPES installed base in Indonesia. Understands customer need in the market by visiting customers. Ensures the resolution of customer issues and proactively promote ABB suites of after services. Drives continuous improvement on NPS;
• Implements HSE and business compliance standards and regulations in the area of responsibility. Ensures that the teams and partners are fully compliant regarding business ethics and compliance. Personally lives the ABB values and Group standards;
• Implements and ensures compliance with global and local standards, rules, tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and shares functional best practices and lessons learned across the organization.

Requirement: 
• Bachelor degree preferably from electrical engineer or mechanical engineer;
• Have 3 years or above sales experience in serving install base customers;
• A team player who communicates openly with local sales team and ABB SG;
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
• Flexible for traveling (30% of time outside Jakarta);
• Good technical knowledge on Low Voltage Products (MCC/switchgears, capacitor banks) and experience in testing and commissioning for low voltage switchgears will be an advantage;
• Good command of MS Office programs;
• Action oriented, strong interpersonal & communication skills, team work oriented, customer and market orientation, innovative, problem solving.


Position 10 – Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator - ID59816004
Job Description: 
Reporting to Manager, your key areas of responsibilities will be:
• Support management to implement HSE procedures at the project sites, undertake safety observation tours and audit implementation of existing procedures.
• Provide feedback in existing procedures and flag additional procedure needs.
• Report OHS metrics and audit findings, prepare and implement HSE awareness program.
• Set up and administer site HSE induction training program and assist with other trainings as required.
• Co-ordinate activities with construction staff, ensuring that HSE requirements are implemented.
• Ensure method statements and risk assessments received, reviewed and approved in a timely manner. 
• Prepare and submit a monthly HSE report to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain appropriate records and documents for the duration of project.
• Ensure Accidents / Incidents are recorded, investigated and analyzed.
• Monitor certification body audit finding closure in a timely manner, submit project specific documentation along with tenders.
