Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (Cow) covering a total area of 1,639 km2.
The resource base on 31 December 2015 includes 7.4 Mos. of gold and 69 Mos. of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 4.5 tap ore to produce in excess of 250,000 oz. of gold and 2-3 Mos. of silver per annum.

Sr. SUPERVISOR – REPORTING & COMPLIANCE

This position will be based at Martabe Site and Community Development Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks on ; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Deputy GM – General Affairs.
The role of the Sr. Supervisor Reporting & Compliance is to develop and manage any Reporting and Compliance requested, Database & Information System, Budget Control and maintaining Administration of General Affairs Division (Community Development, Community Relations and Security). This position also to provide regular Analysis and Internal Audit Report of divisional programs and budget achievement in order to achieve company’s standard and government regulation. This position is required to support of maintaining good relationship between company and local community surround its operation area, in order to obtain and maintain social license to operate.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Finance/Statistic/Administration/other science related with a minimum 5 years of experience working on budget control/monitoring & evaluation/company reporting/ record management system/ audit within mining company.
2. 5 years’ experience in similar work.
3. Holds GRI Certification.
4. Adequate Interpersonal & Public Communication skill.
5. Familiar with Community Programs and CSR.
6. Adequate publication/ design graphic skill (Photoshop/Corel Draw/Movie Maker).
7. Good Monitoring and Evaluation skill.
8. Good understanding on standard reporting system (ISO 26.000/Global Reporting Initiative/Government Regulations Compliance).
9. Proficient in MS Office.
10. Proficient in English skill.
11. Adequate Writing skill.
Jr. SUPERVISOR – REPORTING & COMPLIANCE DATABASE

This position will be based at Martabe Site and Community Development Department, working on schedule 4 Weeks on ; 2 weeks off and reports directly to Senior Supervisor – Reporting & Compliance.
The role of the Jr. Supervisor Database is to support the Sr. Supervisor Reporting & Compliance in establishing and maintaining database & information system of Community Programs and others related with company purposes, reporting and compliance. The role includes data collecting and compilation, recording, document management system, administration works, report drafting and publication. This position is required to support of maintaining good relationship between company and local community surround its operation area, in order to obtain and maintain social license to operate.
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in computer/statistic/administration/other science related with a minimum 3 years of experience working on database & information system, document control/publication within mining multinational company.
2. 3 years’ experience in similar work.
3. Adequate interpersonal & public communication skill.
4. Adequate publication/ design graphic skill (Photoshop/Corel Draw/Movie Maker).
5. Adequate knowledge Community Programs and CSR.
6. Good inter-personal relations skills.
