Responsibilities:
▪ Implement and apply the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System (QHSEMS) which has been applied by the company
▪ Conduct analysis for identification of potential Dangers of working with a risk matrix scale mapping process to Ensure the level of risk for accidents can be detected and minimized in accordance with procedures
▪ Monitoring and reviewing the hazard in all funtions
▪ Develop and socialize safety systems to all employees (internal/contractor) accordance with policies and regulations applicable
▪ Implement Safety Accountability Program and Environmental Management (waste water management, waste management B3 in mining area

Requirements:

Occupational Health Staff - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Implement and apply the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System (QHSEMS) which has been applied by the company
• Conducting work environment measurement and evaluation (noise, vibration, lighting, ergonomics, etc.).

Responsibilities:
▪ Make a daily work plan and coordinate with Supervisor.
▪ Implement P5M / Safety Talk.
▪ Conducting inspection and sampling regularly in WTP.
▪ Conducting inspection and replacement of the filtration media and units of water management facilities such as pumps, panels and pipelines.
▪ Conducting minor repairs on facilities / other infrastructure in port area, such as office facilities, camp, etc.
▪ Create reports and documentation on a daily basis before completion shift
▪ Backup job in another section that section of road maintenance if needed
Requirements:

▪ Conducting minor repairs on all the hauling road supporting facilities, such as water facilities fill, embankment, drainage, culverts, bridges etc.

Responsibilities:
▪ Managing the entire business process in unit to ensure the implementation of KPI targets and values determined by the Company / Holding Company.
▪ Monitoring the achievement of operating plans and crushing coal production to be identified any deviations and take corrective measures to ensure the achievement of plans and production targets.
▪ Manage and supervise the implementation of coal crushing in CCP area and ensure implemented as planned, methods and standards of work.
▪ Managing the performance of subordinates to ensure the achievement of the performance of the unit achieve the target company
Requirements:
▪ Male, Max 35 years old.

▪ Plan the use of spare parts (part schedule service, consumable part & oil) and the recording of the use of consumable goods and spare both critical part
▪ Controlling stock of spare parts, oil and consumable goods for maintenance and repair program
▪ Order of spare parts for maintenance and repair activities
▪ Supervise of maintenance activities by technicians

▪ Maintenance navigation tools and equipment at the Jetty
▪ Manage in/out barge and transport of water in the port and navigation process
▪ Record and report periodically to the entire process barging and loading and maintenance navigation tools

Requirements:
