CONSOLIDATION ANALYST

Job Purpose 
• Consolidation Analyst is a position within the Financial Services reporting to Corporate Reporting Team Leader who will help to prepare the consolidated budgeting and forecasting for internal and board reporting. He/ She will participate in month-end close process as well as analyze and report on the resulting financials to a variety of internal stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities
• Participate in month-end close process by analyzing actual expense, balance sheet and cash flow versus budget/forecast and documenting variances.
• Analyze and report on financials and partner with senior management to manage actuals to budgets

Job requirement specification

Formal Education:

Working Experience:

Marine Engineer

Job Purpose 
• This position is intended to support MEPN accross organization by providing his expertise in marine engineering and best practices to ensure that all marine operation are safe, efficient and are in compliance with recognized industrial standards & code and best practices, Class, and all Statutory regulations.

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide functional excellence and technical leadership to support marine related activities/operation across MEPN organization. The end result will be quality technical solutions that meet the business needs, and are safe, fully compliant with internal and external standards / codes / regulatory requirements and fit for the intended purpose.
• Provide technical guidance to MEPN to ensure all marine vessels are safe and operate reliably. Marine advisor may acts as operation marine technical authority to ensure all vessel within BU apply best in class operation.

• Building MEPN marine community bench-strength in marine operation / engineer including technical competency review and assessment, and provide line management with development plan.

A. Education

B. Experience

Key DeliverablesProduction Operator is responsible for providing routine monitoring of the plant and process equipment, including taking production readings and reporting any discrepancies. This position requires a qualified operator with experience in Petrochemical, Oil, and Gas related industry and will be required to be able to work in offshore Oil & Gas Facilities. This position is categorized into three. Namely Level 3 – Competent, Level 2 – Advance, and Level 1 – Expert. The Completion of the asset specific Production Operator Competency Profile up to level 1 is mandatory. Each level is responsible to provide guidance and act as a mentor for any personnel below his current level. The Level 3 Operator is responsible for operating the plant and process equipments safely, efficiently, & effectively in compliance to Production Procedures and Written Instructions to achieve the expected / targeted production rate. While the level 2 Operator will also being expected to be able to troubleshoot and oversee the activities of Level 3 Operator. Key Deliverables
• Mechanical Technician is responsible for providing execution to each of the Mechanical Maintenance activities, to ensure that the maintenance activities are properly executed and referring to a valid Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as Site Specific Procedures (SSP), have been thoroughly assessed and comply with HSE Policy & Procedure / regulation prior to execution and to deliver superior quality result safely and within approved budget.
• For this position, strong technical experiences and knowledge in rotating (pump, compressor, and turbine), and/or stationary (vessel, tank, tower, and piping) is mandatory. This position is categorized into three. Namely Level 3 – Competent, Level 2 – Advance, and Level 1 – Expert. The Completion of the ME&PN Mechanical Technician Competency Profile from level three up to level one is mandatory. 
• Each level is responsible to provide guidance and act as a mentor for any personnel below his current level. The Level 3 Mechanical Technician is responsible operating and maintaining mechanical rotating and/or equipment used in Hazardous and Non-Hazardous Areas within ME&PN facilities for maximum safety and reliability. The Level 2 Mechanical Technician is required to work as a team leader with Maintenance and Operations personnel and will oversee the activities of level 3 Mechanical Technicians. The level 1 Operator is required to oversee the activities of Level 2 and Level 3 Mechanical Technicians, and act as their mentor.

The Level 2 Instrument Technician is expected to be able to perform advanced instrument troubleshooting and required to work as a team leader with Maintenance and Operations personnel and will oversee the activities of level 3 Instrument Technicians. The level 1 Instrument Technician is required to oversee the activities of Level 2 and Level 3 Instrument Technicians, and act as their mentor.

The Completion of the MEPN Electrical Competency Assurance procedure from the Competent Electrical Person (CEP) level to the Senior Responsible Electrical Person (SREP) level is mandatory. Each level is responsible to provide guidance and act as a mentor for any personnel below his current level. The CEP is responsible to support the day-to-day operation of the facilities by safely performing electrical maintenance tasks on facility utilities and production equipment. While the REP level personnel will also being expected to be able to troubleshoot and oversee the activities of CEP level personnel. The SREP is required to oversee the activities of REP and CEP level personnel, and act as their mentor.

SR. MANAGER OFFSHORE ASSET

Job Purpose 
• This position has strategy, integration and growth responsibility for Block B. 
• Ensures that coordinated business plans are developed and implemented for the fields, that procedures and regulations required by the corporation, partners and the government are adhered to and that all functional work supporting the assets is coordinated. 
• Acts as the primary liaison between the integrated teams (specifically, operations, drilling, projects, commercial and subsurface groups within the BU) and supports a model of excellence in continuous improvement initiatives for asset management related processes, development and production optimization.

Key Deliverables
• Integrate all of the functions in the business unit to deliver asset results
• Support the integrated planning and scheduling between drilling, projects and subsurface
• Identify and resolve any conflicts to the integrated project and associated critical paths. 
• Oversee the continued development drilling program and ensure optimal development to meet gas contract obligations and maximize oil production.

Role & Responsibilities
• This position ensures the asset is developed and produced in the most profitable manner for the company, the co-venturers, and the government. The position has the following accountabilities: 
o Obtain required government and partner approvals to develop new projects and maintain ongoing operations. 
o Obtain major corporate approvals to develop new projects. 
o Ensure the annual work program and budget with the government is developed and managed. 
o Ensure the long range plan is developed, resourced properly, and budgeted. 
o Work with the functional managers to ensure the correct resources are assigned to the asset to meet the development plan.
