Warehouse & Inventory Control Supervisor - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, propose, direct and evaluate the work plan and budget weekly and monthly warehouse to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the monthly work plan and plan Supply Chain Management
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory
• Monitoring the availability of goods (bumper stock) that are consumable and specific material
• Create reports monthly stock opname to ensure all data records with actual goods provided
• Prepare a expediting report to the PO that has been issued to the Vendor
Requirements:
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering and with 3 years experience in the same field
• Understand Management warehouse management
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP MM Module
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and fluent to speak English
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
HR & GA Superintendent - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Prepare, propose, direct and evaluate daily activities to ensure that the work plan is in accordance with the work plan of the company.
• Report periodically regarding employee data, recruitment process and people development activities in accordance to work instructions.
• Ensure manpower need of each Department is fulfilled in accordance with time line and qualification requirement.
• Arrange and coordinate employee on-site training activities.
• Ensure personnel administration process is done in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Mantain industrial relationship process with employees on site is done in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Conduct General Affairs activities and coordinate with Head Office to ensure service is suitable with site needs.Maintain fulfillment of employee needs regarding mess and housekeeping services on site.
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.
Requirements:
• Max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law/ Management or related field with at least 5-7 years of experience, including 2-3 years of experience in the same field and the same industry; Able to operate supporting system
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and fluent to speak English
• Able to managerial and leader team

Jetty & Barging Foreman - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Manage barge cargo in Jetty accordance with procedure
• Manage and reporting process of loading coal barge accordance with procedure
• Reporting process of docked and loose barge in Jetty accordance with procedure
• Maintenance navigation tools and equipment at the Jetty
• Manage in/out barge and transport of water in the port and navigation process
• Record and report periodically to the entire process barging and loading and maintenance navigation tools
• Implement policies and HSE programs to ensure that all activities in accordance with HSE under Accountability.
Requirements:
• Male, max 30 years old
• Min education from Nautical Grade ANT 4 or Nautical Grade ANT 5 with at least 1-3 years of experience in the same field and the same industry.
• Mastering the mooring management
• Mastering the techniques of mooring rope
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and fluent to speak English
• Understand related rules and regulations
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
Safety Foreman - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Implement and apply the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System (QHSEMS) which has been applied by the company
• Conduct analysis for identification of potential Dangers of working with a risk matrix scale mapping process to Ensure the level of risk for accidents can be detected and minimized in accordance with procedures
• Monitoring and reviewing the hazard in all funtions
• Develop and socialize safety systems to all employees (internal/contractor) accordance with policies and regulations applicable
• Implement Safety Accountability Program and Environmental Management (waste water management, waste management B3 in mining area
• Implement incident identification
Requirements:
• Male, Max 35 years old
• Bachelor Degree in D3 / S1 Shipping (K3 / Hiperkes / Environment)and 2 years as safety officer
• Preferably have POP certification, JSA / HIRADC, Incident Investigation Techniques, DDT Working at Height dan Fire Fighting
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
Enviro Foreman - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Implement and apply the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) and Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System (QHSEMS) which has been applied by the company
• Conduct analysis for identification of potential Dangers of working with a risk matrix scale mapping process to Ensure the level of risk for accidents can be detected and minimized in accordance with procedures
• Management of acid mine water in the settling pond settling pond with planning, analysis and treatment of acid mine water treatment implementation and monitoring of acid mine water in each settling pond.
• Managing the reclamation and revegetation of the planning, implementation and monitoring of revegetation success in the reclaimed area
• Nursery management and revegetation.
• Management of the environment (wastewater management, reclamation , penghiajuan, B3 waste management, ambient air / emission) in the mining area (mining, ports, roads and supporting facilities hauling
Requirements:
• Male, Max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in D3 / S1 Environmental Engineering / Forestry and 3 years as safety officer
• Preferably have POP certification, JSA / HIRADC, Reclamation techniques and Management of acid mine, Training B3 waste management
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
Infrastucture & Service Port Staff - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Make a daily work plan and coordinate with Supervisor.
• Implement P5M / Safety Talk.
• Conducting inspection and sampling regularly in WTP.
• Conducting inspection and replacement of the filtration media and units of water management facilities such as pumps, panels and pipelines.
• Conducting minor repairs on facilities / other infrastructure in port area, such as office facilities, camp, etc.
• Create reports and documentation on a daily basis before completion shift
• Backup job in another section that section of road maintenance if needed
Requirements:
• Male, Max 30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Civil/Industrial/Chemical Engineering and 3 years experience in the same field
• Mastering Operational processing and management of water and water piping system
• Implementing / Supervisor buildings and infrastructure
• Preferably have skill certificate (SKA) or POP, driver’s license (SIM A)
• Have knowledge of occupational safety standards / general
• Preferably have knowledge management system and process water distributor of drinking water
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
Civil & Road Maintenance Staff - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Make a daily work plan and coordinate with the Coordinator and Supervisor
• Implement P2H / safety talk
• Directing the equipment in accordance with the work plan that has been determined
• Able to control, design, estimation and repair
• Conducting minor repairs on all the hauling road supporting facilities, such as water facilities fill, embankment, drainage, culverts, bridges etc.
• Create reports and documentation on a daily basis before completion shift
• Backup job in another section that section of building & facility maintenance if needed
Requirements:
• Male, Max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in Civil / Mining Engineering with at least 2 years in the same field and the same industry.
• Mastering road, bridge, building and infrastructure
• Understand the management of heavy equipment (heavy equipment)
• Preferably have skill certificate (SKA) or POP, driver’s license (SIM A)
• Have knowledge of occupational safety standards / general
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed on site in Meulaboh
Procurement Staff - Meulaboh
Responsibilities:
• Implement the procurement and administrative process that includes admission PR, seeking price quotes, and publishes price comparisons Creating Purchase Order in accordance with the procedures
• Conducting the negotiation process to all vendors who have provided price quotes and analysis aspects komercial (Owner Estimate), the specification of goods, and delivery time before determining the selected vendor in accordance with the procedures
• Verification legality of the documents vendor’s in accordance with the standard
• Make purchasing reports and filling purchase documents In accordance with procedures
Requirements:
• Male, max 40 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering and with 2 years experience in the same field
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and SAP MM Module
