The resource base on 31 December 2015 includes 7.4 Mos. of gold and 69 Mos. of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 4.5 tap ore to produce in excess of 250,000 oz. of gold and 2-3 Mos. of silver per annum.

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Maintenance Planner Supervisor.

The role of the Maintenance Planner is to ensure that all routine maintenance activities in the Martabe Gold Mine are appropriately planned so that the work is able to progress in a safe, environmentally responsible, efficient, and cost effective manner. The “Maintenance Planner” will optimize, and monitor compliance to, preventative maintenance programs and schedules for all fixed plant equipment maintenance management system, inventory and document management system.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Minimum Diploma 3 Technical (Mechanical/ Electrical & Instrumentation).

2. Minimum 2 years in maintenance planning role in fixed plant operations. 

3. Knowledge of equipment, tools and materials used in the mining industry. 

4. Ability to organise plan and schedule work using CMMS. 

5. Compile daily, weekly and monthly maintenance plans. 

6. Ability to estimate the amounts of labour, materials, and equipment required for jobs. 

7. Ability to prepare reports and maintain records. 

8. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Project. 

9. Ability to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect to all personnel.

MEKANIK ELEKTRIK (AC & DC)

Responsibilities 

• Memahami fungsi dan mampu mengisi memonitor Job Schedule Sheet yang sesuai dengan pekerjaan mekanik 

• Memahami dan mengerti cara membaca Shop Manual, Parts Book dan OMM (Operation Maintenance Manual) 

• Memahami struktur dan fungsi komponen Alat Berat 

• Mampu dan terampil melakukan preventive maintenance perbaikan, overhaul, troubleshooting A2B 

• Mampu dan terampil dlm menggunakan measuring & special tools & workshop facilities

SUPERITENDENT PRODUKSI

Requirements 

• Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana dan target produksi batu bara; 

• Memonitor pencapaian target jumlah dan kualitas produksi batu bara; 

• Menyusun target produksi untuk kontraktor berdasarkan rencana produksi unit kerja Mining dan memantau pencapaiannya 

• Mengevaluasi rencana kerja dan kebutuhan alat produksi yang diajukan oleh kontraktor 

• Memonitor proses pemuatan dan pemindahan batu bara 

• Mengevaluasi laporan kinerja kontraktor dan memberikan teguran kepada kontraktor bilamana diperlukan berdasarkan tingkat kewenangannya 

• Memonitor pengalokasian overburden oleh kontraktor sesuai dengan rencana kerja Mine Plan;

General requirement : 

• S1 jurusan tambang 

• Minimal 5 tahun di supervisor level di bidang yang sama dalam industri/ perusahaan sejenis 

• Manajemen tambang terbuka ( open mining management), Familiar dengan software pertambangan, memiliki sertifikasi POP, pengetahuan enviro dan K3, geology dan survey 

• Mampu bekerja secara team maupun individual, memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, mempunyai integritas dan komitmen tinggi, jujur dan berdedikasi 

• Memiliki kepemimpinan, negosiasi, kemampuan analisis, pengambilan keputusan, penyelesaian masalah, disiplin 

• Mampu mengoperasikan computer (Ms. Office)

KEPALA MEKANIK

Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab : 

• Melakukan Perbaikan Ringan dimana tugas-tugas yang harus dilakukan adalah Menginterpretasikan perintah perbaikan dan membandingkan dengan kartu riwayat peralatan untuk menentukan langkah/rencana perbaikan 

• Melaksanakan perbaikan mesin &gearbox baik itu top overhaul maupun general overhaul. 

• Memberikan laporan kerusakan mesin kapal kepada kantor 

• Melaksanakan pemeliharaan harian mesin kapal 

• melakukan pemeliharaan mesin kapal sesuai dengan prosedur 

• Melakukan monitor dan perawatan semua mesin serta gearbox. 

• Mampu mendeteksi gejala kerusakan pada mesin.

Kualifikasi : 

1. Usia max 45 Tahun

2. Pendidikan Min SMK T.Mesin

3. Memiliki Pengalaman kerja min 3 Tahun 

4. Mampu membuat laporan kerja

5. Mengerti mengenai Ms. Office

6. Mengerti mengenai mesin kapal. 

7. Rajin, pantang menyerah dan tanggung jawab,

SPV HR & GA

Tugas dan tanggung Jawab : 

1. Melaksanakan dan mengkoordinasikan tugas dan fungsi HRD & GA dalam lingkup Perusahaan Rimau Group. 

2. Mengkoordinasikan pembuatan rencana kerja periodik terkait HRD & GA. 

3. Mengkoordinir dan mengawasi pelaksanaan tugas / fungsi HRD & GA di Site Tambang

4. Mengkoordinir pelaksanaan penerimaan dan penempatan Karyawan sesuai kebutuhan Perusahaan/Dep./Divisi terkait. 

5. Melakukan kegiatan yang mengarahkan pembinaan, pelatihan dan kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan perkembangan kemampuan dan potensi

Kualifikasi : 

1. Usia maks. 35 tahun 

2. Pendidikan min S1 (Hukum/Psikologi) atau jurusan lain dengan pendidikan informal/pengalaman kerja terkait HRD & GA yang memadai

3. Pengalaman kerja min. 3 tahun

4. Memahami dan menguasai UU.Ketenagakerjaan, 

5. Memiliki management/leadership yang baik

IT Staff

Tugas Pekerjaan:

• Menganalisa data hingga dapat menghitung cadangan batu bara yang ada dengan stripping ratio yang di minta 

• Melakukan pengecekan bank data yang ada

• Mempersiapkan data untuk di overhandle ke mineplane. 

• Menganalisa dampak lingkungan sekitar

Kualifikasi: 

• Usia 25-35 Tahun 

• Pendidikan Min D3/S1 Jurusan Geologist, Pertambangan, geologi. 

• Pengalaman kerja min 2 Tahun.

Crew Maintenance Staff

• Melaksanakan Periodic Service mesin Secara Berkala.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan Min. SMK (Diutamakan jurusan maritime transportation, nautical, shipping industries.

KEPALA TEKNIK TAMBANG

Requirements 

• Pastikan semua prosedur dan regulasi pengelolaan HSE ditaati oleh semua pihak 

• Siapkan perencanaan tahunan & strategis, termasuk keselamatan & program lingkungan 

• Mengawasi dan memonitor semua kegiatan pertambangan, seperti perencanaan tambang & produksi 

• Membuat perencanaan anggaran lebih dari semua departemen 

• Kontrol & memantau aktivitas semua kontraktor 

• Memimpin dan mengawasi pelaksanaan program pembangunan di lapangan, penganggaran operasional, visi & misi dari keselamatan, tujuan operasion & produktivitas. 

• Mengawasi untuk mempersiapkan rencana reklamasi 

• Mempersiapkan data untuk menyusun rencana dan target produksi batu bara; 

• Memonitor pencapaian target jumlah dan kualitas produksi batu bara;

General requirements :

Tugas Pekerjaan: 

• Membuat dan mencetak PO (Purchase Order) dan mengirimkannya ke Vendor, agar proses pembelian dapat berjalan dengan baik sesuai jadwal dan spesifikasi yang diinginkan 

• Melakukan input biaya- biaya yang timbul untuk pengiriman barang yang dibebankan kepada penerima barang 

• Membuat laporan bulanan untuk pembelian dan outstanding PO, untuk menjadi bahan informasi bagi atasan dalam pengambilan keputusan. 

• Melakukan pembelian alat- alat , barang, seperti office supplies, agar tersedia sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap departemen agar operasional perusahaan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yang telah ditetapkan

Kualifikasi: 

• Usia 25-35 Tahun 

• Pendidikan Min D3/S1 Semua Jurusan
