Beneficiation Plant

1. Cruising Superintendent (Kode : CRS – SPT)
Job Desc: 
• Oversee and coordinate the crushing operations. Must understand gravel, screen changes needed to produce in spec materials, stripping and reclaiming pits, changing cone liners, and setting up and tearing down plants. 
• Meet goals of production, budget, and quality objectives; resolve operational problems; identify work process improvements. 
• Manage personnel including scheduling crews and making assignments. Perform employee orientation, training and coach employees. Produce and/or review production reports, daily supervisor’s reports, and review and approve time cards. 
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Investigate all accidents or near-misses and resolve safety issues in a timely manner.

Job Requirement: 
• Education from University Degree or Bachelor Degree v• 5 – 10 years on crushing crew, preferably with at least 3 years as crusher superintendentv• Have a good leadership skill, Able to develop a good team work, Self-motivated person

2. Crushing supervisor (kode : CRS – SPV)
Job Desc: 
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in transporting, crushing, and storing ore, skimming’s, and other residue.v• Trains workers in operation of equipment. 
• Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title. 
• May determine time, duration, and sequence of utilizing ore, and rates of extraction to attain blend of ore specified on work order.

Job Requirement: 
• Education from University Degree or Bachelor Degree 
• 5 – 10 years on crushing crew, preferably with at least 3 years as crusher supervisor
• Have a good leadership skill, Able to develop a good team work, Self-motivated person

3. Beneficiation Superintendent (kode : BNF – SPT)
Job Desc: 
• Responsible for managing all day-to-day operational activities and required policies and procedures to ensure the Beneficiation Dry Plant: staffing, equipment, resources, and systems are in place, performance tested and operational before plant commissioning and operation phases. 
• Assist in developing and managing all resources including a qualified and well trained workforce to safely operate and meet the production strategy, budgets, and operational objectives. 
• Establishes a strong culture of safety and teamwork to ensure quality implementation of all operational Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), and Quality processes. 
• Have a knowledge in Management skills, budgeting, planning, negotiating and forecasting skills; Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills; Demonstrated ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills; Demonstrated understanding of the principles and applications associated with manufacturing operations, maintenance and engineering; 
• Have a good knowledge in planning /organizational skills, with ability to balance production and maintenance needs.

Job Requirement: 
• Degree in Mining, Mineral, or engineering with training in General and Operations Management. 
• 10 years in the Mineral, Chemical, or Petro-Chemical industry, with 6 to 8 of those years in a managerial role in Beneficiation plant. Experience in mineral processing of Iron is an asset. 
• Have a good leadership skill, Able to develop a good team work, Self-motivated person

4. Beneficiation Supervisor (kode : BNF – SPV)

Job Desc: 
• Ensures all production activities are carried out safely and efficiently to meet operational targets. 
• Controls the shifty activities with the Beneficiation area.vAble to planning, organizing resources and meeting KPIs for each shift. 
• Able to promote organization culture of continuous improvement. v• Have knowledge in issue work permits and ensure compliance with lock-out/tag-out procedures, and play a key role in the training, development and supervision of staff. 
• Other responsibilities include liaison with other functions in Operations and Maintenance and Technical Support to ensure smooth operations and reliability of plant.

Job Requirement: 
• Bachelor Degree in Mining, Mineral, or engineering with training in General and Operations Management. 
• At least two years working experience for University Degree or five years for Bachelor degree or eight years for Technical High School graduated in group leader or managerial function in Beneficiation. Experience in mineral processing of Iron is an asset. 
• Have a good leadership skill, Able to develop a good team work, Self-motivated person

5. Tailing Superintendent (Kode : TLG – SPT)

Job Desc: 
• Develop and implement a robust Tailings Management Plan for the safe storage of tailings within a bio diverse environment. 
• Implementation of design criteria for tailings storage facilities. 
• Lead, manage, motivate and mentor a team of National Supervisors and Operators, coordinate and control Consultants and Construction Contractors.v• Manage stock of consumables and equipment. 
• Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting commitments are met. 
• Interface with mine, corporate and community stakeholders to ensure success of tailings storage operations. 
• Ensure that activities are carried out in conformance with all policies inclusive of cultural, social, safety and environment. 
• Proactively promote a positive Site safety and environmental management culture.

Job Requirement: 
• Bachelor Degree in Mining, Mineral, or engineering with training in General and Operations Management. 
• Least 8 years process experience including tailings. 
• Prior experience in similar capacity within mining environment. 
• Demonstrated people leadership & management skills and training, Commitment to safety and environment above all else, Person capable of taking initiative to achieve positive outcomes, A drive for continuous improvement.

7. Pipe Belt Superintendent (Kode : PPB – SPT)

Job Description: 
• Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines. Ensure that phases of works for Belt Conveyor System areas are well planned; coordinated and all available resources are fully utilized in close interaction with other construction groups, supervisor and subcontractors. 
• Ensure all activities and related requirements are attended such as; assembling and controlling the required manpower resources, equipment’s, materials and tools required to ensure that all work groups are properly guided and perform the expected efficiency and productivity to complete the assigned scope. 
• Inspects work in progress to ensure conformity with the required Quality Assurance/Quality Control specifications and requirement, Method Statement, Industry Codes, and procedure including compliance with all safety regulations, standard and Client specifications. 
• Advises Project Manager in determining and procurement of tools/materials to delivered at certain period to cope with the schedule and planned workloads; including request for necessary equipment and or machine to carry out priority works. 
• Interact with Superintendent and other construction group by discussing and reviewing the project key performance indicators; to determine accurate status of the project, making tactical decisions for additional resources to sustain target progress. 
• Review report from supervisory staffs and endorse to project manager for corrective actions if project is deemed behind schedule, slippages or overspend budget. 
• Performs supervision with precaution and safety awareness and while supervising other, has the responsibility in ensuring their compliance with the established safety policies and procedures.

Job Requirement : 
• Bachelor degree mechanical engineer with 8 years significant construction experience in mining, 5 years background in the constructions management/supervision for Belt Conveyors system
• Should have strong structural and mechanical familiarly in the design, module and installation of various component e.g., electrical motors, idlers, rulers, pulleys, rubber belts, drivers, diverts, hoists, etc. and various material and equipment supplies.

9. Transport Workshop Superintendent (Kode : TRW – SPT)

Job Description: 
• Direct activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking transportation vehicles, such as aircraft and railroad cars. 
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements. 
• Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints. 
• Serve as contact persons for all workers within assigned territories. 
• Implement schedule and policy changes. 
• Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. 
• Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations. 
• Promote safe work activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. 
• Develop criteria, application instructions, procedural manuals, and contracts for federal and state public transportation programs. 
• Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. 
• Direct and coordinate, through subordinates, activities of operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources. 
• Direct activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles, and facilities. 
• Conduct investigations in cooperation with government agencies to determine causes of transportation accidents and to improve safety procedures.

Job Requirement: 
• Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering, 
• Least 8 years process experience transport workshop. 
• Prior experience in similar capacity within mining environment.

11. Electromechanical Superintendent (Kode : ELM – SPT)

Job Description: 
• Maintain, repair, service and troubleshoot steel fabrication workshop equipment’s. 
• Coordinate and participate in a variety of activities related to electrical and mechanical maintenance, and mobile & overhead cranes units in the steel fabrication and welding workshop. 
• Inspect, repair and adjust machinery including relays, automatic doors, motors, power rails, pumps, air touch sensors, propulsion and braking systems, and hydraulic systems using circuit diagrams, schematics and blueprints
• Diagnose complex system failures and equipment malfunctions through analysis of system components, power sources and vehicle control panels. 
• Utilize special tools and equipment including, but not limited to, analog/digital multimeter, impact wrenches, air wrenches and welding equipment as required.

Job Requirement: 
• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in electromechanical or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance; Highly developed team management skills
• Excellent technical and communication skills; English Language – PC skills

13. Legal Supervisor (Kode: LGL – SPV)

Job Desc: 
• As a legal supervisor at Jakarta HO, taking care of all the work given by his superiors concerning Legal Affairs, legal licensing company certificates. 
• As the Envoy of the Legal Department of the HO Jakarta in site Taliabu, help/support work in site Taliabu especially Team Land Acquisition and External Relations Team. Drafting and review all the Legal Product like Treaty/Agreement, News events, etc., so that proper and perfect in terms of the law before it was issued and signed. As a Legal support, follow all the work of land acquisition and the publicist, helped the settlement of the problem. Provide legal advise to the head of Division or site management Affairs internal or external

Requirement: 
• Bachelor Degree, Majoring In Law. Age 25-35 years old, and a minimum of 3 years experience in the same field.

14. Doctor (Kode : DTR)

Job Disc: 
• Implementing a corporate Clinic patient service in accordance with the procedures and regulations. Perform tasks as well as referrals to the medical officer at the site for the purpose of treatment, treatment against the patient and the patient public enterprises correctly and accurately. 
• Medical action/intervention to patients in accordance with competencies. 
• Keep the facilities, cleanliness, preparedness, and fitness clinics and tools used for the purpose of treatment and patient care. 
• Provide health education in accordance with the circumstances and needs of the patient. 
• Do some checking drug stockpiles and depleted in every clinic tool wear and make daily reports on drug stocks. 
• Make daily reports of patients, who each month will be repeated monthly report of recapitulation patients. 
• Implementation of waste management medic properly.

Requirement: 
• Min S1 medicine, age 25-35 years old. 
• Work in the field of medicine experienced min 2 years. 
• Have the capability of two-way communication. 
• Have a good conceptual. 
• Have the ability to Systematic thinking, analysis of the problem. 
• Has an interest in working in remote areas. 
• Capable of taking good decisions based on the results of the analysis of the problem
