SPECIALIST BUSINESS SYSTEM – 924977
(Jakarta Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Providing daily support function of Business Systems section to provide services in implementation, development, and maintenance of mining systems; 
• Establishing support includes set up on project, requirement gathering, business process mapping and design, problem investigation and analysis, functional specs, User training delivery, monitor the integrity of the system & maintenance, coaching & on-site support (if required) and liaise with System Support in Thiess Global Mining Business. 
What skills and experience do you need? 
• Bachelor degree qualification in Engineering with 2-4 years’ experience in Business Systems and Technology Area; 
• Capability in managing and supporting at least 1 area of technologies, innovations and systems (under Business System); conducting and managing training; 
• Capability in managing user requirement, business process and documentation; managing project / system implementation (Assistance Project Manager); managing PMO Documentation for Any Technologies and Innovation; 
• Strong knowledge of Mining System, GIS, ERP Application (JD Edward) – (SCM/EAM/FinMan); RDBMS (Relational Database Management System) and Technical Specification; design User Interface Models of Systems; 
• Knowledge in Internal Systems and Commercial Audit (as Observer); 
• Strong Technical Computer Skill and understanding of Risk Assessments;

SUPERVISOR MECHANIC - 925009
(Balikpapan and Project Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Ensure that the maintenance department goals are achieved; 
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of the equipment repairs; 
• Ensure plant operational activities are completed in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner; 
• Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets; 
• Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning; 
• Manage the relevant mobile plant assets to ensure 90% availability by proactive and continuous improvements to the asset base; 
• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results; proactively train workforce to meet plant operational requirements; 
• Liaise with OEM’s, dealers and suppliers to purchase parts and to optimize plant operational and cost performance.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Minimum Senior High School, Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Trade Specialist is preferred; requires a minimum 5 years’ professional experience in similar role as Supervisor Plant with relevant qualification in Mechanical & Auto Electrical HE Repair and Plant Supervision in mining industry, planning of daily shut down schedule and breakdown repair; mechanical & auto electrical repair experience in Liebherr, Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, Coal hauling and lifting equipment; handling diagnostic skill in all aspects of electrical repairs; 
• Good leadership and people management skills preferably with training in staff supervision; have ability in resource planning and OHS&E supervision; excellent interpersonal and communication skills for both oral and written in English; able to work under pressure are preferred character traits; be able to work on shift roster (day and night shift).

SPECIALIST TRAINING LIFTING EQUIPMENT - 925007
(Balikpapan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• To train and assess TCI employees in mining projects for all aspects of lifting equipment: mobile crane, forklift, crane truck, tele handler, elevated work platform and overhead crane training, lifting study in order to achieve optimum safety best performance and maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and to ensure that TCI lifting equipment training requirements are being conducted in accordance with the TMS; 
• Assist in the design, review or update of lifting equipment-training material which is relevant to used competency standards; 
• Actively involved in maintain and monitor of training equipment used for training activities and provide report to superiors when noncompliance found; 
• Provide accurate report and feedback of training activities to site supervision and TCI Training & Development supervisors in order to keep the alignment systems between training & development and sites and assist in database improvement.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Minimum graduated from Senior High School/ vocational school or similar with minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a mobile crane trainer or previous Supervisory experience required with Lifting equipment’s OHS License (SIO) class I including other lifting support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, tele handler and elevated work platform; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; Rigging Inspector certificate and Crane Inspector Certificate is preferred.

SPECIALIST TRAINING PACKAGE DEVELOPER - 925008
(Balikpapan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• To develop and review TCI Training material within mining projects in all aspects of mining operation training package, safety training package, lifting training package, plant training package and any other training package required from TC. In order to achieve optimum training best performance and maximum productivity with a high focus on safety and also ensure that TCI training package training requirements are being conducted in accordance with TMS; 
• Develop training and assessment package in accordance with TCI TMS and relevant Australian competency standards; 
• Ensure all competencies are recorded in both hard and soft copy; 
• Conduct validation and examinations all training and assessment developed and seek for approval; 
• Provide training to TCI training in all aspects of training package implementation; 
• Develop the skill proficiency of workplace trainers and assessors.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum graduated from Senior High School/ vocational school or similar with minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mining and/or construction industry as technical or trainer background in Mining, Plant, Safety or other technical; Certificate IV in Workplace Training;

SPECIALIST TRAINING MINING - 925010
(Balikpapan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• To train and assess TCI mining operations personnel in all aspects of mining operations in order to achieve maximum productivity with a high focus on safety. This will include delivery of mining operations operator, mining L/H, mining trainer and supervisor training and assessment; 
• Provide Heavy equipment training such as: Excavator, Bulldozer, Truck, Grader, compactor and other support equipment in construction business for Thiess personnel in order to increase the productivity, maintenance and improve personnel’s capability. Including delivering effective theoretical & Practical training in accordance with Thiess standard; 
• Assist in the design of training material which is relevant to used competency standards; 
• Conduct assessment activities in accordance with TCI TMS and relevant Australian competency standards
• Develop the skills proficiency of workplace trainers and assessors

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT PLANT - 923883
(Balikpapan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Monitor Plant movement and prepare Asset Change Movement (ACM); 
• Asset stocktake related to Plant; 
• Provide support to project or new project and travel to sites when require; 
• Maintain detailed plant procedure and manuals; 
• Monitor and check overhead and plant operational cost; 
• Preparing journal, allocation cost, month end accrual and prepare plant reporting; 
• Monitor intercompany transaction for sale of component and others transaction; 
• Monitor cost or purchase order receipting and verify cost; 
• Run JDE reports, prepare weekly report and distribute to internal plant and management.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting with minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role; 
• To master JDE Oracle System/ERP especially Asset Management or other similar system; knowledge of financial and accounting principles; Able to analyse system and plant reports; information monitoring and data collection; advance user Ms Office; good communication in English as well Bahasa.

SUPERINTENDENT PLANT ELECTRICAL - 925016
(Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Responsible to ensure plant operational activities for Lighting Plant, High Voltage Infrastructure, Electrical HE - Support Workshop and Field/Digger are completed in a safe, timely, efficient, environmentally aware and cost conscious manner. 
• Lead, organize and provide direction for employees to ensure required goal and performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results; 
• Ensure maximum communication levels are maintained between workshop and operations personnel regarding breakdowns safety issues, and prioritizing of the equipment repairs; 
• Ensure there is effective utilization of plant personnel and resources to achieve optimum performance in all facets; 
• Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; 
• Assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules; optimize major rebuild schedules with Plant Planning;

• Understanding the heavy plant business; knowledge in OEM products in Heavy Equipment; handling diagnostic skills in all aspects of electrical repairs; OHS Regulations; 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring and negotiation/mediation; good analytical; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT SUPPORT - 924970
(South Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• To provide site support to Manager Commercial in the preparation and evaluation of all issues relating to the AROAMS, DOST, AROAMS Recommencement Deed document to ensure company exposure to financial loss is mitigate; Endeavour to avoid disputes through facilities contact application; Select and implement appropriate dispute resolution procedures, as required; provide input into the CLS, mining and hauling operations on a monthly basis via reporting, analysis, weekly meetings and Field observations; 
• Co-ordinate and implement all activities relating to mine engineering; Ensure monthly reporting of mining activities and plans submitted by CLS; Liaise with mine planning Group to review and analyse of the CLS 12 month schedule; Review and analyse survey data provided by CLS; 
• Ensure reconciliation report and recoverable reserve status by quantity and quality, check in interrogate models supplied by client, communicate with others regarding model variances; Asses geological data as required by operation and communicate with others regarding unexpected occurrences of faults, partings, pinch and swell, and similar geological disturbances; Ensure geological issues are shared and understood; Liaise with stakeholders when working on model to ensure all the new pit data are incorporate to the next working model; 
• Provide practical and insightful analyse and recommendations to maximize coal recovery; Update budgets and forecasts in JDE based on credible and substantiated analysis; Provide and accurate and timely forecast costs at completion & analysis to ensure timely identification of variations in actual vs financial year budget; Evaluate and manage daily cost report; Prepare and evaluate projects monthly contract valuation; Prepare and assist/manage forecasting in JDE reporting systems for senior management approval; Evaluate and manage the data collecting and correlation of production data, survey data to ensure accuracy of the numbers for monthly progress; Evaluate the monthly progress numbers, actual cost, forecast cost and determine where the improvement could be made; Record all changes for audit reviews and ongoing regular checks on data correctness; Ensuring works done within the port are within scope and work outside scope is identified and approved for variation payment.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary qualification (degree) in Mine, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline; 
• Minimum 8 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Superintendent Project Support and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated mining, engineering, project management, cost control, quality and financial modelling and planning skills; 
• Proficient in mining principles, mine design concepts & operations in both coal, heavy machinery operation, mine operation regulatory requirements; 
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good analytical; innovation; conflict resolution; sound decision making skills; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

SUPERINTENDENT SAFETY - 924979
(Melak Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Ensuring all sites operate safely and are in accordance with TCI HSE and Client HSE Requirements; 
• Prepare and maintain HSE Management Plans to suit TCI Policies and Standards and Client contractual requirements; 
• Implement TCI Safety Management Systems, processes, and programs through promoting and enforcing the HSE requirements and procedures to ensure the conservation of people, property, environment, and profits; 
• Provide leadership, motivation, direction and assistance to Site Management staff to achieve compliance with HSEMP policies, procedures, and legislative requirement; 
• Investigate and report any incidents and / or near misses to the Project Manager
• Preparation of Monthly HSE reports.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications; have experience on mining operation practice is a must with minimum of 5 years’ experience in management role as Superintendent Safety; 
• The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system); have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001:2007, M-Safe) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels.

ANALYST DATA TYRE - 924994

Some of your duties will include: 
• Provide site plant management accurate tyre performance and cost analysis weekly and monthly and as required; 
• Maintain accurate site data on all tyre and rim stock, new, run outs, tyre for repair, tyre for warranty, scrapped tyre, tyre in services to coincide 100% with entire record; 
• Provide tyre bureau Jakarta with accurate data on a timely manner and work with mining to improve tyre environment condition, planning, manage and report site rim NDT program; 
• Make sure all tyre CAT 785 and CAT 789 already setting TKPH on unit and every replacement tyre have to make TKPH report and new setting TKPH, doing and take photo tyre scrap / repair, rim scrap and repair every day and then provide TRST and RRSR report as target time; 
• Provide schedule replacement tyre and forecasting.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Have a minimum graduate from Senior High School or Thiess Apprentice Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar role as Analyst Data Tyre; 
• Knowledge on tyre repairs on EM tyres preferable, understand tyre terminology, tyre preventive maintenance, tyre corrective maintenance, understand TKP; 
• English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, self - motivation, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
