Some of your duties will include:
• Assist the Mining Manager to co-ordinate all mining superintendent and all supervisors in the workplace of the removal of overburden/inter burden in a safe, effective manner on time and within budget in a designated area;
• Ensure the selection of projects that match objectives of Business Plan by ensuring risks in tender and contract conditions are recognized and accounted for;
• Plan, direct, monitor and reconcile the technical aspect of the mining operations including daily, short to long term (annual) plans, operational performance, blast design and sequencing, rehabilitation, drainage and road design, to assist in achieving agreed coal production targets;
• Analyse and review the system, procedures and equipment utilized within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production;
• Maintain and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders, clients, customers, suppliers with respect to operational capability, performance and recourse requirements;
• Ensure that outstanding HSE&Q outcomes is achieved.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary qualifications degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline is essential; a minimum of 10 years’ experience in large open cut mining operation of which at least 5 years in production/supervision/management role as Deputy Mining Manager;
• Have experience at mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and managing staff; Hold POM certificate of Mine Energy Department is preferred.

SUPERINTENDENT MINING - 923931

Some of your duties will include:

• Check daily production figures and use them to address the problem areas;
• Minimize coal losses;
• Analyse and review the system, procedures and equipment utilized within the mine and recommend improvements to enhance coal production;
• Develop standards and procedures of work that can be applied across operations;

• Participate in the planning process to manage forward purchasing activities for components and parts; assist Plant Planning & Sites in the development of structured plant maintenance schedules;

Some of your duties will include:
• Assist Project Manager to control the projects financial outcomes to meet or better company objectives; and Lead, organise and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes in commercial;
• Provide support to the Project Manager in the preparation and evaluation of all issues relating to the AROAMS mining contract; assist the management of the Commercial Department and other contracts of the Site Mining Operations while ensuring a safe professional environmental is maintained.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Senior level; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer, Commercial, Mechanical Engineer or Mining Engineer with minimum of 10 years’ experiences in either mining & civil discipline and minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role as Superintendent Commercial

SUPERINTENDENT SUPPLY CHAIN - 925029

Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for the management of all Warehouse and Supply Chain Operations;
• Liaise with the Balikpapan and Jakarta Logistic to efficiently expedite materials to site;
• Review and monitor of all Store costing, receipts, issues, storages, allocation, and inventory levels;
• Liaison with the Store Supervision on the logistics and procurement of all purchasing, and movement of plant and materials, by road, longboat, airfreight, shipping and LCT’s;
• Communicate effectively with all parties on matters relating to receipts and deliveries of Spare Parts and/ or operational materials on arrival;
• Ensuring that the best pricing and practices are put into place and monitored in relation to maximizing the best financial outcome for the Project;
• Liaise with Central Warehouse Balikpapan for the management of the JDE Warehouse Centralized to the Stores;
