MINING SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: Site Based)

Monitor and control mining operation in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company’s project safety and environmental policy.

Requirements: 
• Min. Bachelor degree in mining 
• Min. 8 years previous experiences in mining operation (production) 
• Fluent in English, written and verbal 
• Familiar with mining software 
• Good communication and leadership skill 
• Willing to be placed in all company location 
• Excellent computer skill

Responsibilities: 
• Lead and monitor mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan. 
• Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer. 
• Support and monitor the implementation of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process, provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control achieving the long term mine plan. 
• Prepare timely and accurate information on project progress for inclusion in progress claims and reports prepared by the Senior Mining Engineer. 
• Maintain communication and coordination between Mining operations and Maintenance in order to maximize availability and utilization of all mining equipment. 
• Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain. 
• Responsible in controlling mine production in site. 
• Coordination with maintenance department to manage and coordinate equipment in site. 
• Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.


MINING SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Site Based)

Monitor, control, and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements: 
• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineering/Civil Engineering with min. 4 years experiences in mining operations. 
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications 
• Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night). 
• Have strong leadership and communication skills. 
• Excellent team player and good analytical thinking. 
• Good command in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities: 
• Minimize exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the HSE (Health Safety and Environment) Management Plan. 
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan 
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance. 
• Monitor and control mining production on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilize unit). 
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations. 
• Coordinate and supervise Mining production and other mining team meetings. 
• Assist Mining Superintendent in liaise and co-ordinate with maintenance department to optimize and maximize mining equipment availability and utilization. 
• Provide shift report and conduct effective hand over meeting to ensure continuation of operational target achievement.


PRODUCTION ENGINEER
(Assignment: Site Based)

Monitor, control and supervise the mining production resources to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements: 
• Fluent in English, written and verbal 
• Min bachelor degree in a Mining Engineering 
• Min one year experience in mining industry 
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabilities and applications 
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage 
• Well-developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting 
• Good knowledge of best practices in Project Management 
• Good analytical and problem solving skills. Attention to detail. 
• Fluency in English an advantage. Must display a willingness to develop proficiency, both oral and written 
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet Project requirements 
• Willing to be placed in all company site offices.

Responsibilities: 
• Identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan. 
• Implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan. 
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance. 
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the mining operations for the benefit of the Project Manager.

• Control production on an hour by hour basis and prepare timely and accurate report on project progress as required by the project.


MINING FOREMAN
(Assignment: Site Based)

Provides first level of supervision over a several mining sections of the mining production resources at the mine projects to achieve the production targets and objectives of the project in accordance with the project parameters and guidelines.

Requirements: 
• Min High School Graduate. 
• Min 3 years as Mining Operator Lead Hand for High Scholl graduate and 1 year as Mining Foreman for Mining Engineer graduate. 
• Good Command in English. 
• May be required to work flexible hours to meet project requirement.

Responsibilities: 
• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine plan. 
• Supervise the performance of operators, technicians. Lead hands and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance. 
• Monitor and control mining production and productivity on an hourly basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth day to day operations. 
• Ensure a good communication and relationship with Client representative at Pit area. 
• Responsible to mine execution plans and necessary production and safety targets, understand the daily, weekly and monthly plans and targets, make sure clear understanding from subordinates. 
• Communicate with workshop in regards to repairing downed equipment and assistance in a timely manner to ensure scheduled PM equipment is given to Maintenance team on time. 
• Ensure strong disciplinary procedures are enforced and followed consistently, assist to manage the crew manpower and make sure the right people are in the right places doing the right things. 
• Monitor dewatering activities, Pit Services and day works, these are 3 primary focus areas in and outside of the Pit, ensure these are monitored at all times. 
• Minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages and Implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan.


DISPATCHER ENGINEER
(Assignment: Tabang, East Kalimantan)

Monitor and supervise production activities an effective fleet management system by analyse and investigate reason for failure to comply with productivity target using the selected system.

Requirements: 
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or foreman/supervisor with min 7 year experience 
• Min 2 (two) years experience as a Mining Engineer especially for running Fleet Management System 
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes 
• Good analytical skill & problem solving skill 
• Fluent in English, both oral and written 
• Strong reporting and technical writing 
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes 
• Excellent computer skill in Miscrosoft environment and other related applications, especially in report preparation and presentation

• Assist in the deployment of the Fleet Management System. 
• Undertake daily management of mine production information every shift and reporting systems. 
• Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress. 
• Deliver and implement daily or shiftly mine planning from engineering to operation production. 
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities an effective Fleet Management System and coordination with operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target. 
• Review daily, weekly and monthly production & cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports are free from errors. 
• Analyse and investigate reasons for failure to comply with productivity target and dispatch instructions by operator or shift supervision and report all findings to supervisor operation in order to have appropriate solution. 
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities every shift for an effective fleet management system and coordination with operation to achieve and improve productivity target to production efficiency.

SENIOR DISPATCHER ENGINEER
(Assignment: Tabang, East Kalimantan)

Deploy and maintain the company’s mining technology and systems to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan.

Requirements: 
• Min Bachelor degree preferably in Mining Engineering 
• Min 4 (four) years previous experience as a Mining Engineer preferably with experience running Fleet Management system 
• Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills 
• Excellent in communication skill with English and Indonesian, verbal and written 
• Attention to details 
• Strong reporting and technical writing skill 
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes

• Work closely with ICT department and vendors to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely fashion

• Supervise and develop Petrobase team at site. 
• Coordinate with asset department to schedule calibration of payload system for dump truck or calibrate payload system that error.

DISPATCHER IT
(Assignment: Tabang, East Kalimantan)

Performs routine maintenance, installation and integration of various types of process control of FMS software such as FMS system administration, instrumentation equipment of FMS hardware such as FMS display, FMS antenna, dispatch area, and Radio Wireless systems such as Switch, LAN and network portable tower to make FMS system running well.

Requirements: 
• Min diploma degree in Information Technology, Bachelor degree are preferable 
• Min 3 (three) years experience in Electrical/Instrument process engineering prefer for Fleet Management System 
• Preferably has knowledge as a communication engineer especially for information technology 
• Preferably has knowledge of DNS, Firewalls, web and database servers 
• Good analytical skill

• Responsible for installation, testing, programming, and commissioning equipment associated with the FMS system, FMS hardware and the network system running well. 
• Conduct annual maintenance tasks associated with the FMS and assist station staff in FMS use and operation. 
• Investigate and analyze hardware, network and FMS system problems with instruments, sensors and carry out programming and configuration changes plus investigate and recommend system improvements with particular emphasis on energy efficiency. 
• Prepare and provide documentations for Jigsaw related to the installation, networking and troubleshooting. 
• Coordinate and work together with Site electrician crew, Dispatcher and ICT Indika head office. 
• Design & Manage Wireless Radio Communication systems to support communication at entire site. 
• Communicate and manage with vendor regarding maintain and support FMS system.


MINING ENGINEER 
(Assignment: Site Based)

Ensure short term mine plan applied in daily mine operations, regarding to Pit & Dump design and sequence targets, and provide quick solutions on any operational problems on daily mine activities, aligned with current mine plan, in order to ensure productivity unit targets achievement.

Requirements: 
• Min bachelor degree in Mining Engineering. 
• Min 2 (two) years experience in mining industry. 
• Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software . 
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill. 
• Good communication and coordination skill. 
• Fluent in English, both oral and written 
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements.

Responsibilities: 
• Prepare detailed weekly plan referred to monthly plan and 3MRP (three months rolling plan). 
• Ensure short term mine plan applied in daily mine operations, regarding to Pit & Dump design and sequence targets, in order to achieve productivity unit targets. 
• Provide quick solutions on any operational problems on daily mine activities, aligned with current mine plan, in order to ensure productivity unit targets achievement. 
• Ensure daily meeting and hand over shift are well coordinated regarding to shift and daily plans (fleet position and mine sequence). 
• Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary, as a mediator to the client. 
• Support and cooperate with site survey team in order to analyse progress surveys and haul profile surveys. 
• Evaluate and analyse production performance data related to productivity, utilisation, and availability in order to ensure mine planning achievement.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT PLANT - 923883

SUPERINTENDENT PROJECT SUPPORT - 924970
(South Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• To provide site support to Manager Commercial in the preparation and evaluation of all issues relating to the AROAMS, DOST, AROAMS Recommencement Deed document to ensure company exposure to financial loss is mitigate; Endeavour to avoid disputes through facilities contact application; Select and implement appropriate dispute resolution procedures, as required; provide input into the CLS, mining and hauling operations on a monthly basis via reporting, analysis, weekly meetings and Field observations;

ANALYST DATA TYRE - 924994

Some of your duties will include: 
• Provide site plant management accurate tyre performance and cost analysis weekly and monthly and as required; 
• Maintain accurate site data on all tyre and rim stock, new, run outs, tyre for repair, tyre for warranty, scrapped tyre, tyre in services to coincide 100% with entire record; 
• Provide tyre bureau Jakarta with accurate data on a timely manner and work with mining to improve tyre environment condition, planning, manage and report site rim NDT program; 
• Make sure all tyre CAT 785 and CAT 789 already setting TKPH on unit and every replacement tyre have to make TKPH report and new setting TKPH, doing and take photo tyre scrap / repair, rim scrap and repair every day and then provide TRST and RRSR report as target time;

What skills and experience do you need?
• Have a minimum graduate from Senior High School or Thiess Apprentice Graduate with minimum 3 years’ experience in the similar role as Analyst Data Tyre; 
• Knowledge on tyre repairs on EM tyres preferable, understand tyre terminology, tyre preventive maintenance, tyre corrective maintenance, understand TKP; 
• English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, self - motivation, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
