We are seeking for experienced people for the following position:

COORDINATOR INFOMINE - 925001
(Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Ensure that all Infomine data is compiled, reported, and communicated in timely, well, and correct manner; 
• Manage shift process register; manage infoMINE reports register; manage operating/entry error register; manage shift re-process register; manage infoMINE system error register; manage operation infoMINE mismatch register; 
• Provide plant time entry; provide daily production reports; provide weekly and monthly report for KPC mining contract; update data register to computer in weekly basis upload plant time entry into infoMINE system; 
• Accurately validates shift every time process finish (Hours Reconcile, Cost code exception); ensure Operation and Plant Supervisors conduct daily validation; complete InfoMINE and Oscar Base timesheets on daily basis; comprehensively Accurate Data and InfoMINE re-process; Do OCDC correction for any possible error.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Minimum tertiary degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role as Coordinator Infomine; proficient in MS Office and internet Explorer, and good knowledge of spreadsheet; good in planning & organizing job, excellence communication in English & Bahasa Indonesia.

OFFICER RADIO - 925004
(Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Organize all work related to the broadcasting programs as well as production and advertising program; take full responsibility for all events and which must be applied at the radio station; 
• Implementing the procedures of system from local government and licensing; assisting safety coordinator in their work especially in the implementation of a procedure that must be applied; 
• Become the second person who can help for administrative job; 
• Ensure that our conditions and culture motivate the performance and longevity of our communication through broadcasting; 
• Ensure, motive and provide safety message, Management announcement & HR announcement.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Minimum Bachelor Degree with experience in a varied Radio / TV as a broadcaster; 
• Understanding the broadcasting system; understanding computer hardware/software and audio system; experienced with the procedures of the communication system from local government; proficient in coordinating the operational systems of radio stations in the system administration or technical; having unique character voice (clear, clean and sharp in verbal communication).

OFFICER SAFETY - 924981
(Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Coordinate the implementation of the project safety management program to ensure the identification and control of workplace risks to minimise exposure to personal injury and equipment damage; 
• Maintain safety management systems implementation including planning, implementation, check & monitoring, and review based on OHSAS18001 "Safety Management Systems";
• Participate in all safety work related activities to gain understanding of all TCI safety management systems and programs develop a monthly safety flash based on incident trends; 
• Assist line Supervisor and Superintendent to meet their OH&S accountabilities; 
• Act as an expert safety trainer, advisor, inspector, and investigator as required. 
• Compile daily, weekly and monthly bases safety report including safety performance, SBO achievement, inspection, high risk jobs; 
• Manage all elements of safety data to improve safety performance.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Tertiary Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications, have experience on mining operation practice is more preferable with minimum of 3 years’ experience as Officer Safety. 
• The candidate should have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001:2007, M-Safe) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels, Focus on Risk Management. 
• The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; strong communication both of external and internal; self-motivated; an initiative person and able to work in team; innovative and problem solving; adaptability and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.

PARAMEDIC AND SAFETY ASSISTANCE - 924984
(Kalimantan Based)

Some of your duties will include: 
• Develop and Implement Occupational Health at Site; 
• Providing medical Info for safety talk and notice board; 
• Monitoring and following up injury management, Rehabilitation and Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management; 
• Providing medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue Team; Conducting Training on medical first response and rescue to all team members; 
• Improving internal site medical first response and rescue team competency, oversee preparation of emergency response facilities and team; 
• Facilitating implementation of the project health and safety improvement plan.

What skills and experience do you need? 
• Nursing Academy; Minimum 2 years as First Aider; Training in fire & Rescue; BLS and ATLS; Hyperkes training. Have competency and skill based on emergency response specific case; Understand about HSE standard on mining and plant activities, OHS Regulations Statutory regulations
• The candidate should fluent in English both oral and written, and proficient in computer literacy; strong communication both of external and internal; proactive, initiative & innovative.
