ENGINEER DRILL & BLAST - 923935
(Kalimantan Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Provide drill & blast planning service which guides the mining operation towards the long term & profitability;
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly planning to support production target in most cost effective way in safety manner;
• Provide daily and monthly report for drill and blast actual production including but not limited to total drill depth, total blasted volume, explosive usage, drill and blast cost;
• Control drill and blast activities to avoid any operational issues, e.g. hard digging case, coal losses, mining delay, standby equipment, and blasting permit.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering with 5 years’ experience in similar role as engineer drill & blast; hold certificate Blaster Class II; understanding of Mining and Construction Technology, Mining Equipment and Applications, Engineering Principles; understanding and demonstrate of Engineering software and Computer Data Management; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and proficient in computer literacy; strong leadership; self-motivated; team player; supportive; innovative, problem solving, think strategically; communicative; and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
GEOLOGIST - 923934
(Kalimantan Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Conduct mapping and sampling qualities, quantities of coal seams;
• Conduct pit monitoring to know the wall issue during progress;
• Check in interrogate models supplied by client, communicate with others regarding model variances;
• Reporting, pit reconciliation and recoverable reserve status by quantity and quality each month;
• Reporting, provide a coal daily plan related with target daily production target short term engineer;
• Coordination with member engineer, mining team and client to avoid geological issues;
• Monitoring ROM coal stockpiles related quantities and qualities;
• Provide detailed report and documentation (including photos and drawing where applicable) of ground observations.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining or Geological Engineering with minimum of 5 years professional experience in large open cut mining and mine engineering a s Geologist;
• Understanding of Geological Principles, Mining Equipment and Applications; understanding and demonstrate of Engineering Software and Computer Data Management; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);

SURVEYOR - 923936

Some of your duties will include:
• Responsibility for the efficient utilization of the laser scanner, adopted survey techniques for point cloud data capture and data management systems across his/her daily functions;
• Ensure that all survey personnel are suitably trained to recognize the hazards associated with machine interaction whilst performing survey tasks;
• Assist to provide high quality and appreciated Survey services, including tender advice, project start up capability and on-going monthly reconciliation support;
• Develop and implement efficient practices using available resources and technology;
• Identify and recommend alternate solutions, which may provide more efficient outcomes and greater profitability.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Tertiary qualifications in Surveying / Geodetic Engineering with 5 years’ experience as Surveyor;
• Proficient in construction technology, Engineering and Surveying Principles, Surveying Equipment and applications, Engineering and Surveying software, industry standards and best practice, HS&E, Surveying and Engineering software, and computer data management and manipulation; should Understanding of various types of highway construction components such as substructure, superstructure, embankment etc.; understand and implement the Design & Project Management Plan; understand the approval process for Design Approvals; team culture and experience in design management;
• Accordance with the Standards, Specifications, Schedules, QA/QC, Safety, Environmental and Programme requirements and are within budgeted cost levels.

ENGINEER ENVIRONMENTAL - 924996

Some of your duties will include:
• Develop, implement and evaluate Environmental monitoring (mine water discharge and mining activity, waste and Hydrocarbon management, hazardous material management, rehabilitation operation and soil management), plans and programs to comply to Thiess standard, Client requirement and ISO 14001 Requirement and to promote the environmental awareness.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of Bachelor degree of Environmental Engineering with minimum of 5 years’ experience in open pit coal mining operation, previous experience at a mine site preferred and minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Engineer Environmental;
• Obtain Environmental management training, environmental monitoring, AMDAL A/B, Environmental Management System ISO 14001 and ISO 9001, Internal Auditor; possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test);
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical, responsible and adaptable; excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; and computer literate.
ENGINEER PROJECT COST CONTROL - 923941
(Kalimantan Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Provide technical design and analysis for mining services activities; ensure the completion on time within budget and to the required standard of quality;
• Communicate project planning issues to mining operation and or civil section;
• Promote continuous improvement in the design function;
• Provide direct support and governance to project control team on site for budget setup and revision, cost and progress review, month end reporting included contract valuation;
• Provide key support for project risk management; and provides initiatives to improve commercial awareness.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Civil or Mining Engineering or appropriate discipline with minimum 5 years in the mining or construction industry in similar role as Engineer Project Cost Control and minimum 3 years in site based with demonstrated project management, cost control and planning skills;
• Proficient in Ms.Project, Ms.Office, Desktop Publishing Package, Mincom and CAD (drawing); Familiar with mine operation in practice; understand mine operation works and use it to develop and / or review; proficient in Resources Analysis; proficient in understanding Contract Obligations; proficient in Cost Control utilizing software such as JDE or other ERP will be additional advantage; proficient in Planning & Scheduling area will be additional advantage; high level written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
ENGINEER QA - 924997

Some of your duties will include:
• Manage and co-ordinate all environmental activities so as to maximize productivities in the most cost effective manner and to achieve production target while ensuring that a safe professional environment is maintained;
• Lead QA&E management representative and provide support on technical, administrative, and management activities for the project of TMS application & management activities for tender preparation, execution of the project and workplace management system.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental are preferred with 2 years’ experience in similar role as Engineer QA or Environmental;
• Familiar with environmental management plan & system in mining activity; have working knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations, and awareness of mine operation regulatory; familiar with application of ISO 9001; has experience as Internal Auditor; be able to provide reporting; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT - 923943

• Responsible and accountable for assisting HR Department Head to plan, lead, organize and control the role of site recruitment activities and HR administration; ensuring the implementation of corporate HR policies / procedures from corporate HR Department; provide functional support to department users/site; and influence internal/external stakeholder relationships.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Applicants should have a minimum Bachelor degree in Psychology or relevant discipline with minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar role as Specialist HR/ Recruitment in mining or construction industry; preferable have psychologist certification;

CHIEF SECURITY - 924998

Some of your duties will include:
• Maintain an appropriate level of security awareness amongst staff, encompassing the protection of people, information and assets;
• Periodically organizes test of the communications Tree and practice evacuations to designated assembly points;
• Consults/coordinates with management in respect of Property Plant, Safety and Security issues;
• Coordinates distribution of Communications equipment and up to date maps of assembly points. Briefs employees and dependent on general security awareness.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum Senior High School with Security Training Certificates (Management/Investigation); previous experience at a mine site preferred with minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role as Chief Security;
• Has strong leadership, cooperative, pro-active, open & honest communication; Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
